Excellent Chicken, sauces and sides. People are always friendly as well
This fast food is the healthiest and best that I've found. We always get the tropichop. The combination in this bowl is very tasty and very filling. Also have had the chicken dinner and always done well. We stop by regularly.
I know that Pollo tropical has a special process to marinate their chicken. The marination process goes deep into the meat all the way to the Bone by removing the atmosphere in a chamber, then introducing the flavoring and bringing the pressure back to atmosphere. This allows the chicken to draw in the flavoring all the way to the bone! Amazing process, but not rocket science. I'm wondering how many other chicken places use this process?
