A 6 plain wings a la carte and red beans and rice for $20.37 fast food drive thru meal for one may seem like a lot but it's 12 WINGS according to most restaurants because you get 6 flats and 6 drumettes expertly fried in their delicious batter and ready by the time I drove from the order display to the payment/pickup window. Highly recommended!“
“The women who took my order at the drive through was awesome. I usually don’t go to kfc so she was just super quick with telling what things come with, sides, sauces, spicey or no, etc.Very good attitude. And the food was delicious.in and out.“
“Ok. I'm giving KFC 4 stars because it met my expectations. We came in and we're met by Natasha. She was super nice and friendly. She sold us on the idea of the box that had 8 nuggets, 4 pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits and 2 small sides for $20. It was just enough food for us. And it was classic KFC. The restaurant is old and in need of updating. But staying in kept up a fun time with Natasha who kept checking on us. It makes me sad to see that this store has 1.5 stars. It doesn't deserve that but it does need updating and that might be why. Thanks KFC for the yummy food.“
“I think they have new employees or a new manager but you can tell the difference. We used to go there and they were always out of something, fries, rice and beans, biscuits! It was always in the truck! Yesterday finally we were able to order and they had everything ready and available. The employee running the drive thru was very pleasant, our order was correct, nothing was missing and she even gave us napkins and forks, without us having to ask for it. This is our new favorite Popeye's location.“
“While vacationing in Cape Coral. We found PDQ(S.Cleveland) Family of 7,we got the family pack plus drinks. This meal was delicious Service was great and very friendly. Hats off to the manager whom explained the freshness and different sauces She was so friendly and made sure our first visit was great. Sadly we was there on Thursday and we had plans to return Friday but didn't realize the closing time was 8 ( we missed it by about 15 minutes)we was disappointed we didn't make it back. But as my kids headed back to Tn early Sat they did stop at one further up the interstate. Thank you PDQ. We will be back when kids come to visit!! For it will be worth the 1 1/2 drive!!!!! “I love coming here. I’ve been coming here since 2015. I ask for extra sour cream and pico not get charged extra. But, Tonight for some reason they charged me a $1 for a little more pico and $1 for a little extra sour cream. And $3.38 for a fountain drink. Listen I go to a restaurant and not get charged that much. Over priced my bill was $19.24 for a regular Mexican and a soda and extra toppings. I can go to 3 pepper and it would be a lot cheaper. Just saying, $20 is outrageous“
“Delicious rice bowls! Everything was flavorful and good portions. My sister and I were warmly greeted upon entry and promptly helped. I would definitely come back to this location or others around town. I originally did think that it was closed or under construction due to the plethora of construction in the plaza.“
“I received AMAZING service on 2/25/24 from the night shift!!! I placed an online mobile order and sent my high schooler to pick up. He did p/u from drive thru and only got partial order. Called Zaxbys about 20 mins later and went back to pick up. The girls at the front were so sweet y very apologetic about the situation. I didn't get their names but want to be very specific that it was the night shift on 2/25. Thank you for amazing service Zaxbys Fort Myers(Cleveland Ave).“
“This was a typical kfc, we ordered and brought it home, and it was good. I'm very pleased that the biscuits were not like hockey pucks. They were actually edible.The downside is that I had to use the restroom. It was a mess! The toilet handle was broken, so I couldn't flush, and there was standing water around the bowl. I would've just walked out, but we had a long drive to get home.I hope this gets fixed, we really liked the service and food that we got and would like to go back sometime“
“I deleted my original review about the rough experience I had previously as a first time customer. As a restaurant manager myself, I understand the importance of making it right. Once we did reach the manager Jeremy he was really awesome. The way he handled himself was absolutely professional. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a better experience our second visit and I'm not disappointed at all with my first true Pollo experience the way it is meant to be. Jeremy is a great example of a customer oriented manager.“
