“I had a wonderful experience with this Pollo Tropical restaurant, My family took me to this restaurant for dinner so I can get my hungry mess over, The wait time was perfectly 5 or 4 minutes but nothing to worry about that lol. But the employees were friendly aswell! The dinner I ordered, Was black beans and rice. And it was extremely delicious for me! It made me eat more for 2 times at my table.
Mind for myself, I’m gonna visit this place again!

“Olivia, Danny, and Matias were all very professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. The food was served promptly, fresh, and tasted great. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, making for an enjoyable dining experience. If you're looking for a great place to eat with outstanding service, I highly recommend checking out this KFC.“

“I really never come to KFC. This morning I missed breakfast, which is usually biscuits, honey and OJ from a different fast food restaurant. KFC didn't have the honey or OJ but the biscuits were EXCELLENT and I was thrilled to be able to get them in the middle of the day. Everyone I encountered was very nice. Thank you!!“

“First time customer who is sooo happy to find your restaurant on D.D. ! Ordered the Sassy Scotty, Loaded Baked Potato Soup and the Pasta Salad. All 3 were super fresh, healthy and delicious! Looking forward to trying some of the other varieties of Chicken Salad that you offer in the very near future!“

“I usually get a very good chicken salad. It big, lots of chicken and shredded cheese. Today? No. I got a container of lettuce, approx 10 slivers of shredded cheese and a few small pieces of grilled chicken. Normally good but off today“

“Came by at 930 am and there was 1 vehicle in line, and no staff members outside. I mention this because the chick-fil-a closest to me has about 4 people working the outside drive thru and about a bazillion cars going through the drive thru. I was ecstatic to be able to pull up, order for my wife and I, and leave within 5 minutes. Staff was great, food was fresh. Would eat here again.“
