“I just want to take the time to thank the whole entire team for making my experience exceptional. When I received my food it was slightly wrong. Nothing too crazy just missing the topping for my buffalo Mac bowl. The team members not only fixed it for me but gave me a jar of Banana pudding to make up for it. I mentioned how I had an extremely difficult day and that this meant a lot and I started getting teary eyed (sue me I’m emotional 😂) without hesitation the manager looks over and says well let’s double up on the banana pudding then ;). An exceptional team showing truly exceptional kindness. Turning my terrible day into a somewhat good one :)“

“Upon arrival , I was frustrated about my commute. Upon entering the establishment.I was greeted by an employee named donald. He was very kind and sympathetic to how my day was going. He offered any kind of assistance that he possibly could give to make my day better and he did. He also showed concern of my well being , which meant a lot to me as a customer. Donald exhibited Excellent customer service skills, and I'm sure his managers will be proud of him.Thank you“
