Waited nearly 20 minutes for an online order while I watched most of their employees stand around and talk. One girl in the front said it should be on the shelf. It was not. They remade the food but there wasn’t any apology or concern. The service at the 5 guys in the same plaza is much more caring and professional.

Great food, and our cashier even wanted to pay for our lemonade.
I am not a huge fan of this brand- I have only had it a few times so I was surprised to see the drive-up lanes were backed up into the shopping centers parking lot, my friend ran in and was served so much faster than all the others waiting in their cars. She enjoyed the food so I will give it her stars.

My son and I come for lunch about every Thursday and everyone is so friendly , today my two year old son accidentally dropped his entire milkshake on the floor and Charles came from behind the counter assured me he would clean it up for us and made me feel better about the entire situation , I was so embarrassed and he was totally helpful with moving us to a new table and getting my son a new milkshake . Hospitality here is unmatched . Thank you Charles !
