Gourmet Latte FL#1 is a favorite coffee shop in SWFL, with customers driving 15 minutes out of their way for the chai, lattes, and rev ups. The baristas are always nice to talk to. Basic waterfront docking is available for lake Saratoga and lake Kennedy freshwater canals. A real fruit smoothie and a bacon egg and cheese bagel cost $13. The caramel macchiato iced coffee and banana bread latte are highly praised, with the latter described as one of the best coffees, rich yet simple. The breakfast burrito was underwhelming with not a ton of seasoning, and the almond joy latte was extremely sweet. The espresso was smooth and not super bitter. The place is cute with a convenient drive-thru, and the barista was kind and patient.
