Walked up to the place and looked at the menu and no hello or how can I help u. Stand there for 10 mins and nothing. Walked off and went to Dunkin . Thank you for nothing I guess.

Come here at least 3 times a week. Everyone knows our crew and has never given us issues when we walk up past 6 excited to get our daily treat, was told they can't take order because it's dark and to get our car. Understand policy but it's been getting dark 2 months now and was never turned away. Finding a new place to get my drinks moving forward since you won't take our order when we get there. Can't control the time change. Alec is the best barista ever and truly adore him.
