“Nice Italian in Naples. The food was delicious and the waiters were friendly, but it took a little too long to order drinks. Actually it was a cute restaurant but it was way too noisy because there were a lot of groups and large families eating and it was almost impossible to have a conversation.”

We first ordered the special appetizer, stuffed zucchini flowers, Jim mentioned there are only three to the order and there was four of us so he asked if we wanted a fourth one. All four of our meals were so good and so accommodating to any of our requests.”

My mom and split the wonderful crème brûlée!My parents enjoyed their lunch. And of course we had to start with the escargot ... so well deserved for standing still while they pinned my dress :-)Can't wait to come back in August! I'll get the champagne to toast for the final fitting!Service was good.My mom booked lunch reservations. But we didn't need them as we were informed when we walked in.”

“What a great place! Stopped in for Happy Hour and the experience was wonderful. We enjoyed Arancini, Calamari and Coconut Shrimp, all really delicious. Sauce for the Arancini was smooth and tasty. The calamari was nice and crispy and the shrimp was full of flavor. Our waiter Milo was the best. So personable and attentive to our table. One of the highlights was the Smoked Old Fashion drink I had. Never had anything like it and it was SO good and fun to have the drink "smoking" as delivered. So good, I had two. Ask for it. You won't be disappointed with the drinks, food or service. Can't wait to return!”

I had the half-and-half onion rings/french fries side and my wife had the house chips. Both were excellent as well. Had a banana chocolate milkshake, which was to die for. Loved it. Highly recommend Brook’s anytime to anybody. We ate at the original location downtown Naples. We ate outside on the patio which is unfortunately a bit noisy because of Highway 41 but we knew that and didn’t expect anything different to tell you the truth.Parking: Lots of free parking near by.”

We dine there regularly but when we walked in we saw none of the regular staff and the place had an odd vibe about it. KC always has some interesting appetizer specials but we were to,d there were. No specials. At this point w3 asked if the restaurant is under new ownership. Thankfully it isn't and our meal was excellent as always. Good food, great wines by the glass, fair prices, easy parking, hopefully we were wrong about the vibe. Wel'll go back soon.”

This is a very busy restaurant around 6pm so make sure you have a reservation. We had a table outside which was great. Inside was very loud. Our waiter was attentive and pleasant. There is absolutely nothing processed about their food, it's straight from earth or sea. And everything is made from scratch, in house. The Belgian endive salad with blue cheese and walnuts was simply delicious. So incredibly fresh! The rack of lamb was perfectly cooked, along with 4 perfectly prepared seasonal vegetables. Everything was cooked to perfection and beautifully portioned and plated. The scalloped potatoes were especially good, complemented by carrots, sweet potatoes, and a thick stalk of delicious asparagus. The French onion soup was sublime, with a thick layer of gruyere and dissolved bread, with beautiful large chunks of onion underneath. There are many amazing restaurants in Naples but we're so glad we stumbled upon Chez Boet. Our deepest compliments to the owner, staff, servers, and chefs. Everyone was so gracious and professional. This place is five stars all the way! And so romantic too! Highly recommended when in Naples. Right next to the pier in Crayton Cove.”

We dined there again recently and I had the same dish - Tuna East style, a truly fabulous explosion of flavours and a perfectly cooked medium-rare piece of tuna. Hubby enjoyed his Tuna West style. We shared a crème brûlée which was delicious, great crunchy topping and a lovely textured and flavoured crème. Great service again too even though the restaurant was very busy.”

Don’t let the fact that it’s not on fifth Avenue, or in the Mercato, persuade you against trying this restaurant. It was truly as close to being in a restaurant in Italy as you can get. I had the homemade spaghetti and clams and felt as if I was eating at a sea side restaurant in Sorrento. I highly recommend this restaurant to anybody who loves and appreciates true, authentic, Italian food.”

As full time residents of FL we're able to try many restaurants and have been disappointed in many, mostly because of high levels of noise (partly due to tables crammed together), rushed service (dinner in less than an hour), and food merely good enough but not worth the cost. At L'Auberge, service is personal: the restaurant owner/chef's wife is friendly and extremely attentive as was our waiter. The menu is large enough to please most diners and dinners (mine was salmon with creamy mustard sauce, his was osso buco in a rich tomato based sauce) were outstanding. L'Auberge is a perfect size and tables are spaced so that conversations at each table are private. It is not inexpensive but of course you pay a premium for quality.”

“Wonderful food! We had the curried goat and the oxtails, both were super flavorful. The goat had quite a bit of heat, which was fine for us. Both meats were hacked so there are small bones throughout to watch for. This is typical for island fare. Both meals came with rice and beans, which were the best I ever had. They also came with a slaw and plantains, which were both great. It was a very nice meal to go, since even if you eat there, it's served from styrofoam.”

Most of the guests did not realize that everything was gluten free including the rolls. Amber also created a bright sparkling mocktail that refreshed all the guests. “I love Vergina. I've been there several times. Lately, I went there, and everything was excellent! The drinks and food came out quick, the food was good and the service was great. So, I've tipped the waiter 25%, which I wanted to. I'm a waitress myself in the past, and I know how it's important. The tips are actual salary. However, I didn't like that I only have 3 options to tip: 22%, 25% and 28% and it's on that little computer they carry, so you have to be fast. Since when does the tipping culture raise the minimum to 22%? What if the food would not be great and service wouldn't be awesome. Then you are in the situation that you have to ask the waiter how to I modify and she has to explain. I just think the minimum option has to be 20%.”

Next came eggs Benedict with delicious hollandaise sauce and perfectly soft eggs. As a suggestion, you should skip the greens on the English muffin (speaking to the restaurant here). The generous side of American fries were very flavorful. We also had avocado toast with poached eggs cooked to perfection. It was tremendous. Again, lots of food served so nobody left hungry. Slow service with two hours for the brunch, but I am going to give Warren a pass today since they were seriously busy. Go there if you want high quality food, and sit in the covered courtyard, which was not noisy and was beautiful.”
