Dunkin' Donuts in Naples

“This Dunkin Donut is the best location in Naples. Staff is super friendly, helpful and polite. The drinks are always made well. Also, they actually have fresh donuts at this one since it’s made next door at their old DD location. Sometimes the donuts are so fresh it melts in your mouth.“

“This Dunkin is a small shop with just a couple of tables, but it had a surprisingly solid donut selection. Unlike a lot of other locations, they actually had two large cases full of donuts, which was nice to see. The staff was friendly, and I had no issues with the visit.“

“This is one of the better Dunkin’ Donuts locations. The only downside is that it can be hard to get to sometimes since it’s right next to a school, and you can end up stuck in the school pickup line. Another thing I’d change is the recent addition of tipping at the drive-through. I come almost every day for breakfast, and the tipping prompt just makes the whole process feel a bit awkward. Aside from the traffic and the awkward tipping situation, this location is better than other Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to, and it was recently remodeled.“

“So i was having a pretty rough morning and I thought to myself I need my spirits lifted. So i went to where God would land if he came. This Dunkin right here. And let me tell you, spirits were lifted. I took one sip and all of a sudden the sun was brighter, people weren't driving under 30, and i was feeling every emotion ever to exist. I got home and fell to my knees. People will betray you, friends will backstab you, relationships will fall, however, this Dunkin, will always be there in my corner whenever I need it except at 8pm. “I love this place but don't go on wenesday. Everytime theres people from a different store that makes the drinks wrong and talks bad about your drink orders. Every other day of the week theres three gentleman that are usually there that make the best drinks ever and always know what theyre doing.“

“Love my dunkin, especially when they show up at 5 a.m when it says they are open. Had 2 this week that were not open as late as 5:27 a.m, doors still locked, makes me want to not waste my time by stopping to see if they are open or not..

WARNING !!!! 7/9/2025 NEW DUNKIN MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION. VERY RUDE..CRUEL AND STUCK UP! . I ASKED FOR THE OLD MANAGER SHE SAID SHE GOT FIRED AND SHE'S THE NEW MANAGER HERE AND I ASKED HER WHY THEY DO THE BACON CROISSANT THIS WAY AND SHE SAYS THAT'S THE WAY SHE MAKES THEM. SHE THEN TOLD ME WHY I KEEP GOING TO HER STORE? SHE TOLD ME TO STOP GOING THERE.. THIS IS THE VERY FIRST TIME I MEET HER. MIND THAT SHE ONLY THE MANAGER.
On today 2/9/2025 I posted two videos on Facebook about the service that I got here and where the girls were working outside or should I say not working outside.. I called corporate again Tell him to check out my video on Facebook!! Hopefully corporate will come over and take over here so that we have better services here at this dunkin' donuts in the afternoon!!! On today 12/22/24 at 7:20 pm I drove up waited and honked my horn for a good 3 minutes until someone answered ..they had absolutely no Donuts..and. No Muffins.. nothing at ALL! It's sad that the owners don't do field / store checks.
Monday through Friday the service is okay but come Saturday and Sunday you are going to be in line 25 minutes to 30 minutes why because they're all back there talking in Spanish just telling each other's life and not coming to the window also on weekends there's no managers on sit. So the staff won't accept any currency higher than 20.00 bills. Order of the manager (cavil) ??? Well since when does a manager take over the store and does not fallow store policy? Just terrible“

“The best Dunkin’ Donuts out in the Estates manager staff are always so friendly. They know me by name it’s always clean immaculate inside drive-through is always very quick and they are always so helpful and will do anything. If your order is wrong give you a free doughnut if your coffee is wrong, they’ll give you a new one just amazing. Amazing if you’re going to Dunkin, make sure you go to this location.“

“I stopped by for a quick morning caffeine fix and was happy with how fast the service was. My coffee tasted just like I expected and the donuts were fresh enough to get my day started right. It is a solid reliable spot for a quick bite when you are in a rush.“

“It was the day after Milton passed and we needed to get something for our team that stayed overnight.. We searched the area and nothing was open, we were heading back, alas, they were running on generator power. We got 6 dozen donuts and munchkins. It was a hit for the staff, thinking nothing was open. Thank you all for working in less than optimal times and making others smile!“
