“I come in here all the time, the food is always good and the service is fine, the only problem is, is that they never fill their drinks all the way, just went this afternoon and they handed me this as my drink, not a single sip taken but other than that. Still live, laugh, love Dunkin“

“My regular lady at the window in the am is sweet. They always get my order right.
Only gripe is this particular location won't put cream cheese on the bagel leaving it to a build your own situation. Not the best during a busy commute down del prado.“

“I want to thank the worker Clara 830939 for her kindness and thoughtfulness this morning.
I ordered on door dash and I didn’t receive my coffee. So I got a refund on my item and re submitted an order for my coffee and when I received the order. There was a note attached.
Please forgive us for forgetting the most important item. Here’s a refund and some doughnuts.

This was unexpected and thoughtful and I appreciate that there is kind people in the world that do the above and beyond still because it truly made my day. Thank you again.“

“This is literally just a drive thru location. You can't go inside. The line was a little bit long so I waited for about 10 minutes just to get to the window and place an order but the coffee and bagel sandwich was delicious. Just make sure you add chipotle sauce to your sandwich. It makes it even better!“

“Because it was 3pm there weren't fresh donuts. I bought a dozen anyway and regretted it.
We waited awhile for service even though there were 3 employees there.
The coffee was unsweetened and bitter even though it was supposed to be sweet.“

“Usually dunkin is really good, but thus m I ring, my daughter and I get two cups of coffee, and two bacon, egg and cheese croissants. The croissants, eggs, really smelled and tasted burnt. We were starved. So it was good, but still had a burned flavor. We had just finished a 5-hr amazon flex delivery since 330 am.“

“Every time I’m in here the place is packed and the drive thru line is almost wrapped around. The way this team kills and rivers the shift is a testament not only to themselves and their own work ethic, but that of their manager, Epson (I believe), who is ALWAYS uplifting and helping each staff member when I’m there. As a manager in the restaurant industry myself, these are the people you want to keep around!“

“They remade my coffee for me but initially they’re making iced coffees with granulated sugar. Nobody wants to chew on sugar while drinking their coffee. When I ask for liquid sugar at other locations they say “we always put liquid sugar in cold coffees”. Let’s get all locations on the same page! :) thanks!“
