“Terrible customer service.They just talking to each other and doesn’t care about the customer.I stood in line to place and order more than 15 minutes and they didn’t even answer.Their attitude was like they don’t even care about the customers.“
“I ordered a large catering order for the 12-hour race week. Several boxes of coffee each morning for Thursday-Saturday. I arrived early every day to pick up and the team already had them ready to go. The staff was friendly and helped me load everything into my car, and the manager, Shadee, even reached out to me directly to give me their number in case I had any other needs. This is by far the best experience I've had at any Dunkin' Donuts.“
