Dunkin' Donuts in Okeechobee

“I love eating the breakfast here. Okeechobee is a small town with little places to go eat but this chain is an old reliable for me. I love their hash browns. Service is pretty normal. Not a lot of people dine in that I see, but it's a good place to hang.“

“They have great food, if they have it. They run out of many of the items on the board and they have given me the wrong order on a number of occasions, but they replace it on a future visit if they messed up the order. They often run out of the doughnuts we want.“

“Hands down, one of the cleanest Dunkin restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. The people working there, awesome. However, I do have one gripe. My fellow customers. If you mumble your order, and the people taking the order ask you for clarification, and you mumble again, you don't get to get mad at them. I'm talking to you dude, with the orange raulerson hospital visitor sticker with a star on it. I've done every job inside of a Dunkin Donuts, from front cashier and dishwashing, to being a GM. To the lady who was working the counter, you were awesome, the dude was the problem, not you.“

“I always purchase ice mocha latte at D n D. It’s my go to beverage at D n D. Today, I had the best iced mocha latte with an extra shot of expresso and milk alt, almond milk. I enjoyed the very well made, perfectly tasting beverage. A lovely balance of strong coffee and sweet chocolate! The barista was friendly, calm, and proficient even with a very long line of customers. Ms.Barista, your customer service skills are outstanding and you deserve to be recognized Thank you! I ordered my beverage using the kiosk and just waited a few minutes to be served. (Hint -for those still waiting in line).
