“Stopped in for some coffee and a sandwich and walked in because the drive-through was full of cars. Nobody was helping me for a minute or two and a young woman noticed that she was doing and came over and took my order which I thought was very nice and she was very pleasant and friendly. Then another person got my coffee immediately and another person delivered my sandwich within five minutes or so. I didn't expect much from the sandwich because it's a fast food place but actually was very good. I will stop here again.“
“I am a frequent customer of this Dunkin and truly only because of the days Alina and Mona are working. They are the epitome of excellent customer service, and the store always looks incredible when they are on staff. Other times, I think the store suffers, sadly. The best stores prosper with the right people.One day I even asked Alina if she was the owner because I saw her working so hard cleaning cheerfully, quickly doing orders, creating relationships with customers, smiling and happy while doing it, she just “Had it down”.
