“I stood in line for 10 mins & watched an angry guy yell at this poor lady over a huge mistake! I felt really bad till I got to her & man her customer service and patience is top tier. Man she made 4 orders of refreshers & 2 frozen PB Oreo drinks under 5 mins ! Excellent food & drinks ! All thanks to Jasmine thank you so much for STILL giving awesome customer service & I loved my food/drinks !!“
“I have been ordering Matcha for a few years now & THIS location is the ONLY Dunkin' that has made my ice Matcha drink without the lumps in it! Diana made my drink twice on 3/16/26 & she should train other locations on how to mix matcha drinks! Maybe corporate should ENFORCE how Diana mixes matcha drinks at ALL locations! Just my opinion!“
