The owner of this DD store needs to be better staffed and maintain the equipment. Whenever there is a rush of customers their food machine "breaks down". I didn't get my order because of this issue. So I reached out to customer service to get a refund. I never got my refund. They said the franchisee was supposed to reach out to me but they never did. I’ve given this location too many chances to get their act together. No more. Online orders are wrong a majority of the time. Dine in areas are messy, tables unwiped. Customer service is shoddy at best. Quality of DD coffee has gone downhill last few years. Time for a Kuerig I guess. And as a side note- every time I order a hot drink it leaks out the top and down the side. Never happened with my styrofoam cups! Just saying.
