Have been coming here in the mornings for 5+ years Mon-Friday. Stopped coming here at times for a Dunkin closer to where I reside, due to this Dunkin always having different staff throughout the years. Came back to try it again and have been coming back since. Can't speak on the staff in the afternoon or the weekend but for Monday-Friday in the morning Ms.Kathy and Ms.Janine have the customer service locked down. Whether it's them greeting you by your name when you order ahead of time, making your order in a timely fashion, and actually attempting to interact with the customers that come through the door. It's been a nice surprise interacting with both of them I hope they stay for the foreseeable future.

I always go here because the one in Jupiter farms has been closed down for good, I came today and I order a caramel coffee ice and I look at it this employee I ask her why she give me cinnamon this is a CARAMEL coffee w out cinnamon I ask her if this is the right one because the coffee only is supposed to be caramel and whip cream up top and she gives me a attitude and a laughs at me she said that it’s supposed to be that like seriously? No it’s not it does NOT have cinnamon I will never ever go there again

i was really hoping i'd find a good dunkin close to school and work. the coffee is okay, it does taste a little burnt. i asked for a bagel toasted with cream cheese but when i got home the bagel was falling apart due to it being completely burnt as well so i couldn't eat it. they tried, probably won't go back

But today I came in this lady w the red color on her hair gave me a attitude today and I seen her role her eyes that is quite disrespectful I ordered a caramel ice chai latter w the caramel on top of whip cream and she rolled her eyes and gave me a attitude I said no it's not w cinnamon, this place is horrible don't ever come here

I came in the morning and online ordered a coffee before my work shift. It took me asking about my drink twice and 30 mins of waiting before i just left. That lady working i think her name was Jennean was so rude. She talked to the elderly man in front of me like he was stupid and looked at me like i was crazy when i told her i was waiting 25 mins for my order. I came back later after i got off work to see if i could just have my coffee then and the girl Anna was soooo sweet and helped me. Love her.

Was in a time crunch to get to work and figured i get something quick at Dunkin Donuts. Told the cashier that I wanted a Maple Sugar Bacon on a cinnamon Raisin bagel with the bread scooped out on both sides because I am a diabetic. I don't think he really understood but he nodded his head because he wanted to act like he knew English but probably not. Next, homeboy with the doorag gave me my Sandwich and I asked if he scooped the bread out. He said "Na we don't do that here" I said i eat low carb and said "you can do it yourself" wow just wow.. then he sits there on his phone
