“I always have a great experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The service is amazing, and the staff is consistently polite, friendly, and professional. The manager, Tonu, does a great job keeping everything running smoothly, and Polly and EddyVenson are always helpful and welcoming whenever I visit. This location is consistent in both service and quality, which really sets it apart from other Dunkin’ Donuts locations nearby. Highly recommend!“

“I've been going to this Dunkin for a year now, and it's one of the best! I always go for the sourdough breakfast sandwich and typically iced espresso or pumpkin spice latte, but today I went for matcha latte. Always a hit, even with how crowded it gets, the staff cares about each order!! I'll always go before class“

“Usually this place was always packed, so I was so suprised that I was the only customer that afternoon. The girl who served me was very friendly, courteous and helpful even yhough I came only for my iced coffee and donut fix. As I was leaving there were more people coming in, thankfully.“

“Got two bagels a coffee roll with some milk and chicken croissant with two hash browns and a frozen caramel coffee. Gave me everything but the hash browns. I had to wait 20 mins and keep reminding the employees to make them. The manager came out and apologized and made sure I got them and gave me extra for the wait. I stayed and watched while I ate. He is did really good trying to manage bad slow employees I'd give him a 10 and the employees a 4.“

“I received a prompt asking if Dunkin had changed. Imo, yes. However, due to past service I don't frequent nearly as much. This morning I was there & because I can now order from the app I don't interact with staff much. Before when I would order from app it still required me to wait 15min, continually as about my order but today it was fast & drama free

I spend 1/3 of my income for her to be rude. All the other employees are WONDERFUL THE OWNERS TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT. Once a week my boyfriend puts $20-50 a week on gift card at this store plus the $100 weekly i spend. And im mot the only one having problems with her I'm just the only one who will stand up for myself. I had filled out a survey to get a free donut with my drink and when I ask for the paper back because she wouldn't take the free donut she refused to give it back and threw it away so I deduct paid for the donut and she would give you the paper back that would have given me the free donut tomorrow when I place my order and buy my coffee at 5 in the morning I visit this Dunkin Donuts at a bare minimum of three times in the morning and once or twice when I get off work add that up at 2 to $3 a cup of coffee + doughnuts and a bear bendable of at least one or two wake up wraps and hash browns five to six days a week or with cash not counting the 22 $50 I use on the gift card that's losing a lot of money I could very well spend my money on the one on Forest Hill which is across the street from where I go every morning but I choose to spend it there because I like Patty I respect her and I respect and like Eric and Jay and all the other employees who work hard to take care of those they treat them as their equal and not like they are better than them and she is no better than anybody else who works construction or out of the labor hall“

“OK, I come here all the time and I am very guilty of placing a walk-in mobile order and going through the drive-through if there’s no line. When I tell you, I freaking love Cheyenne. She genuinely makes my morning. She’s so nice and just isn’t in a rush or super grouchy or unpleasant like some other drive-through’s tend to be. I think the other guy who’s awesome is the manager I’m not sure if he is, but he’s super nice as well. It’s definitely one of my favorite Dunkin’s.“

Unless there's some Spanish-speaking guy that doesn't know how to speak English or usually, it's a Spanish-speaking girl, the guys that are Spanish-speaking, they all do your thing. Right? “I've been coming to this Dunkin for four months now and the new staff that's there is quite amazing. When I come through the drive-through nothing but smiles from the window and have a great day or please and thank you when I tell you this is the most polite group that they've had. I want this to continue. It makes me excited about coming to Duncan. I look forward to Handing them my phone to scan my points for Dunkin app and going to the next window and grabbing my things and being told to have a great day it literally is a great start to my day.
