First time going to this location and had great customer service from the cashier Salma. I bought a hot chai latte with oatmilk, 4 sf vanilla shot, and 1 sf hazelnut and no sugar and included cinnamon.
Got two bagels a coffee roll with some milk and chicken croissant with two hash browns and a frozen caramel coffee. Gave me everything but the hash browns. I had to wait 20 mins and keep reminding the employees to make them. The manager came out and apologized and made sure I got them and gave me extra for the wait. I stayed and watched while I ate. He is did really good trying to manage bad slow employees I'd give him a 10 and the employees a 4.

It is a good place to have your donuts. I was about to rate it four but then I decided no because it has really good service. Only missing the space it needs to do a drive through but since next is another store they maybe can’t do that.
