“We usually steer clear of Greek Restaurants because they rarely have traditional flavors that we are used to at home…Chris’ Taverna pleasantly surprised us and we chose to eat here twice during our trip! My daughter said she enjoyed the octopus more than she did in Greece! The food is plentiful and delicious! The shrimp saganaki is perfect and the meat platter is huge and delicious!”

My Hubby & me had a difficult time having a chat while seated at a table near the front of the shop. Granted, the acoustics weren't helpful & there wasn't any drink machines running during the time we had our sandwich. We're year-round residents of Lake Worth Beach for 20 years & we support, as consumers, many of the businesses in Lake Worth Beach. I don't know the young lady's name but she is a very pleasant & kind person & she represents your business with grace & a positive attitude.”

After being served our waitress Jennifer-never came back to see how we were doing. I asked for snother soda snd she forgot sbout as it never came. Food wise my chicken Franchise was lacking sauce and the chicken were 3 tiny pieces. Another person asked for light dauce and it was drenched. However since we never saw our waitress we could not say snything Very dissappointed”

“This place is fantastic. We were in town on vacation with a long list of restaraunts to try, but we liked this place so much we came back a second time. The restaraunt atmosphere is cozy, relaxed and the server was very attentive both times. Of course the main reason to come here is the food. The dishes we tried were the Drunken Noodles, the Red Snapper and the Lobster Phad Thai. All of it was delicious with wonderfully aesthetic presentation and generous portions. Strongly recommend.”

We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and the endless salad, bread sticks, and soup. The soups were ok, the bread sticks are nice, but the salad always wins. The spaghetti and meat sauce was not that good. The sauce didn't have mich flavor amd they didn't give you enough. Bit, the meatballs are good. Next time I'll just order the meatballs parmegiana.”

“We were so happy to see Farmer Girl reopen! Our family always loves stopping in to see Jen (she’s the best), and it was great to see the same friendly staff still there. We had the gyro and Greek salad this time 😉 still delicious, though I do miss the old salad dressing, and the tzatziki could use a bit more flavor. That said, we’re just really glad they’re back! Prices have gone up, but that’s the case everywhere these days, and they’re still pretty comparable to other places in the area. The food is always great, and the portions are consistently generous.”

He accidentally dropped his cup, it made a big mess, and he immediately got really upset and started crying. He stopped eating and couldn’t settle back in until he had a new cup he was just that shaken. Our waitress, Kelly, noticed what happened right away and handled it with so much patience and kindness. She brought him a new cup, reassured him that “it happens all the time,” and gently encouraged him until he felt okay again. But she didn’t stop there, she surprised him with the largest brownie ice cream we’ve ever seen… and she brought it on the house. It completely turned his night around. And honestly, it meant just as much to my wife and me, because it was a reminder that good people still exist. Thank you, Kelly. We truly appreciate you, and we’ll be asking for you every time we come back. ❤️”

However, La Pitaya completely changed our world and is legit the only place my traditional parents enjoy going for mexican food when we dont feel like cooking. Their service is quick and friendly, the food is truly authentic and flavorful, they even make the tortillas fresh which is so hard to find nowadays in “authentic” mexican restaurants. This place is definitely worth a try if youre looking for a new mexican place!”

“Cozy Guatemalan spot good food but only ever had the tacos and pupasas, hole in the wall restaurant with a jukebox and pool table. The tacos are superb honestly the best I've had in florida the al pastor tacos are really good as a mexican it's hard to find good tacos around here but I haven't really looked much until recently. Pupasas are really good as well the mixed ones are recommended overall authentic food and good vibes play music on the jukebox while you eat for even better experience!”

“I first had the extreme pleasure of this dining experience days after my boyfriend's unexpected death. My family are all out of state and I felt the need for some good old comfort food as I wasn't up for cooking. I told Leah what happened when I made reservations for her suppah club. She could tell from my voice something terrible happened. As soon as I walked through the door it felt like I was in the presence of a much loved relative and the delicious aromas from the kitchen made my heart beat with anticipation as I felt totally at home and eager taste the incredible food I smelled when I first walked in. With every bite I took, it made me want to hug her in gratitude. Everything I had was absolute perfection and made with love. Her suppah club is just brilliant and the real beauty of it is if you're there alone you won't feel alone in the presence of two such gracious hosts like John and Leah, two of the kindest, most loving people you could ever meet. Her food was like the best hug i ever had and her presence was like healing for my broken heart. I've never had a more memorable dining experience and just when I needed it. One of the better Haitian food spots I've been to in S Fla. My youngest had asked for Haitian food for his birthday that day and this place delivered. Entire family was satisfied. Don't mind the pic of the stew chicken, already had removed some before remembering the pic. Bomb food”

“My daughters and I love this place. I can't have dairy and their selection of fresh fruit Popsicles and juice based ice cream is phenomenal. I am OBSESSED with the mango con chili popsicle, sweet and spicy perfection and the fresa/kiwi is also so so so good. The customer service is always fantastic, friedly and helpful. The shop is clean, cute and always 10/10.”

But they make up with the food and service. Very attentive. I wish they would provide actual silverware and plates.”
