“A BIG shout out to our manager Jen. A busy sunday, only 5 servers. Online orders to the floor. Very stressful. But, she was everywhere. On the cook line, Bagging uber eats. Taking care of a lengthy issue with a customer, over her shoulder she saw that last customer who paid pulled out their card too fast so the screen said decline. Found them just leaving and were very nice to come in, check was 80 dollars. She saved that one. I could go on and on about how she turned our day around. At the end of the day she ALWAYS says thank you everyone great job today. We all said no, THANK YOU, for all that you do ! She doesn't stop !”

“Great food, the prices are also pretty good considering the quality of the food. The staff at the restaurant are kind and work quickly. Ordering is always a headache however. Theres always a miscommunication and its never a quick and seamless process ordering over the phone. Ive had to go in person to place my order as it has been very complicated to order over the phone. The food is great though, I order from here often.”

“Okay so I didn’t rate the food which would make the most sense L O L but I couldn’t wait and I’d forget or not feel like doing it later and this girl Brianna NEEDED this good review. Well idk if she NEEDED it but I needed to give her one cause that girl is awesome. She was literally the only person I’ve ever spoken to on the phone at ANY wingstop (and I’ve been to several locations from Broward and Palm Beach County) and she was the first personable, kind, helpful and fun person to chat with for my pick up order. Listen, I get it- everyone should be like that. But these days it’s SO hard to find great customer service and you gotta compliment when it happens. Also, it makes the place they work at look better, too! When people feel recognized, they feel like continuing to do a good job and hopefully those around them want to do as darn good job as them. Anyway, Brianna (sorry if the spelling is wrong), I hope you feel recognized and continue to keep it up. With your kindness, you will go far! Haven’t gotten our food yet cause I LITERALLY just placed the order ? but just needed to make sure you felt seen in case you don’t or haven’t been. God bless you richly, girl!”
