“We went to celebrate King Charles coronation. We had a great time. 6 ladies all wearing fascinators and spring dresses. We had the Duchess tea with champagne. Started with tomato soup and quiche. Then tray of sandwiches, scones, sweets. The cinnamon cream and jelly were just right for the perfectly baked scones. Of course the tea was delicious, I had gingerbread tea. My granddaughter had the Tot tea with a little pot of pink lemonade. She loved it. We will definitely be back. The parking was great. We parked on Dixie Hwy and walked around the corner to avoid a possible tight space. We walked to the park across the street to enjoy the huge trees and walk off some of the fullness we felt.“

“I ordered today after stopping in for gas this morning. Yes I got gas at a bakery. We ordered a bunch a food from Pulled pork hot plate “with free beef tamale as a side”, Cuban sandwich, Argentinian chicken empanada, beef pastelito, cheese pastelito, and a coconut pastelito and we even threw in a Jamaican beef patty for good measure. I quickly signed up for chow now and after my order was placed I got email, text and the page gave me live update of order. My order came in timely manner. I never leave reviews but I had to today. Every single thing I tried was so good, fluffy, sweet, tasty, and blew me away for being in a gas station!!! I can’t say enough about this. It made my entire day and you now have a customer for life. “Salento is a city in the coffee region of Colombia and happens to be where I tried the best coffee I’ve ever tasted in my life. The coffeee here at Salento cafe lived up to that reputation. I ordered he iced cafe con leche which was perfectly blended and not too sweet. Really great pick me up while enjoying the warm weather of west palm beach.“

“This place is like literal heaven on earth like the very best spot to just eat, relax, enjoy life while satiating your tastebuds. They have a mini library and you can sit and enjoy. Everything tastes great here like literally everything. The chai latte is my guilty obsession along with the bacon, avocado, egg sandwich. They don't have sodas here but I am sincerely hoping they have even canned ones soon. The services is always nice. The baristas are professional, and they know their stuff; they also seem to enjoy working there. The food quality is still pretty aight although there's not as much fresh to order going on as there was back in the day. I miss those kinds of food selections. So there's nothing I can really highlight or complement except that they do make tasty empanadas with a nice variety of fillings. The ambience is kind of dark and moody where poets would seem to be hanging out lol. (that's coming from a life long poet by the way.)
