“A very clean and organized Starbucks with plenty of indoor seating. I ordered through mobile and went to the store to pick it up. They didn't have a spot for mobile orders, and they weren't calling out names for orders, so I was waiting in line to ask where the drinks would be. No one greeted me as I entered, which is fine but then, multiple people saw me wait near where I assumed would be the finished drinks. No one would approach or ask me if I needed help. Eventually I noticed they were putting drinks off to the side next to a table full of guests. Once I got past the people seated at the table, I picked up my drinks without a word and left.“

“I come to The colony hotel often. The hotel is so cute and quirky. Every detail has been thought out perfectly. So of course no surprise that the cafe is just as cute. I came on NYE to pick up bagels from pop-up bagels. The bagels and cream cheese did not disappoint. I wish they had the option to do a half dz and 1 cream cheese vs a dz and 2 cream cheese. That's nothing The colony can control. But anyways while I was there I decided to get a lavender latte. The staff was super friendly and they were quite busy being it was NYE morning. I got my latte and I thought it didn't have any lavender in it so I told the lady at the register and they remade it for me. Unfortunately it tasted the same. Ive had many lavender lattes and can always taste it but this one I could not. I don't see myself going again and spending $10 with tip for a lavender latte that has no flavor. You would have to valet here, most spots on the street are permit except for a few. Or you could park on worth if you found a spot and walk over.“

“We went to celebrate King Charles coronation. We had a great time. 6 ladies all wearing fascinators and spring dresses. We had the Duchess tea with champagne. Started with tomato soup and quiche. Then tray of sandwiches, scones, sweets. The cinnamon cream and jelly were just right for the perfectly baked scones. Of course the tea was delicious, I had gingerbread tea. My granddaughter had the Tot tea with a little pot of pink lemonade. She loved it. We will definitely be back. The parking was great. We parked on Dixie Hwy and walked around the corner to avoid a possible tight space. We walked to the park across the street to enjoy the huge trees and walk off some of the fullness we felt.“

“WOW! I stumbled upon this while searching for a coffee and now can’t get enough. Scoobie was wonderful sharing so much about the whole process. Being from Boca it’s a hike but we are hooked! There aren’t many truly wonderful experiences in the area but for coffee, this definitely takes it. Everything was delicious from our maple cappuccino to iced coffee, bacon egg and cheese and apple fritter. All made better by the experience with Scoobie. Trying samples of freshly roasted beans, learning about the different varieties and choosing our selections. And so reasonable too! Why would you go anywhere else?! Can’t wait to come back!“

“We were camping at John Prince Park and search for some ice cream and came here based on their reviews. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted and the woman offered us samples. I went with a Guatemalan ripple, and my husband went with Moose tracks. I told her I didn't need a sample but that it was a tossup between the Guatemala and Ripple coffee ice cream and the salted twisted pretzel ice cream. She told me the Guatemalan coffee one was the top seller so I went with a scoop of that. She gave me my scoop of ice cream, then she gave me the sample of the salted pretzel. The salted pretzel ice cream was delicious and I will be getting that the next time I go in. It's quite an odd / unique set up. They open early and they have eggs, toast, and coffee. I think it was $6.99. They serve sandwiches extremely affordable. The woman who helped me was extremely nice, and I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.“

“Kava Daddy is my home away from home. I come here every night just about. It’s a great place to clear your head. There’s a lot of space, so it’s not crammed like a lot of the smaller Kava bars. There’s a Nintendo switch, a pool table, a pool tournament night, a poker tournament night, a food truck that comes on weekends and serves amazing Italian food, you can even get a free massage on Thursday nights, and plenty more. I feel like people there are family to me, especially the owner. I wanted to find an atmosphere where I could not drink to have fun, but still get the social experience of a bar without the alcohol. This is it. It doesn’t matter what kind of day I’m having every time I leave this place I have a big goofy smile on my face. I’ve been to every Kava bar in town and when I discovered Kava Daddy I stopped going anywhere else. It’s also a great place to network because I found a lot of job opportunities from the people who come here. The customers come from all walks of life. I even found my new roommate here. I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but this place deserved a good one and I’m very picky. Do yourself a favor and please come here you’ll want to come again and again and again. There’s never any drama either, you are treated like family. I can’t praise this place enough just give it a shot. Do yourself a huge favor. Come to Kava Daddy. “Hi everyone. This is my oat milk latte from subculture. I really enjoyed it. I find that the experience I have when patronizing subculture has changed dramatically over the years. The services is always nice. The baristas are professional, and they know their stuff; they also seem to enjoy working there. The food quality is still pretty aight although there's not as much fresh to order going on as there was back in the day. I miss those kinds of food selections. So there's nothing I can really highlight or complement except that they do make tasty empanadas with a nice variety of fillings. The ambience is kind of dark and moody where poets would seem to be hanging out lol. (that's coming from a life long poet by the way.) But yeah, the ambience isn't like it used to be; a little more vibrant and lot more artsy and family friendly. And I kinda miss that about it. But they still make a mean latte.“

There was a very rude customer before me and the owner handled the situation with a lot of class despite his persistency. She had so much elegance about it and was so kind to me after. When I first saw the coffee prices for a moment I second guessed my decision. But after drinking the iced cappuccino I have to say it was probably the best coffee I've ever had in my life. It will be my new special occasion treat and I am happy to support a small business owner dedicated to high quality that isn't willing to compromise that brand in the face of those who weren't deserving of it.“
