The reason why I’m writing a review today was because Ava and another member of the staff (I’m really sorry but I forgot his name and he was so nice) for remaking my drink and helping me clean my car after my dog decided that she wanted to try their delicious Lucky Charms Latte. “I already wrote a Google review, but I’m going to include my review here as well because there’s one employee at the Jupiter (Harbourside) location who deserves recognition! I have never experienced such a lovely time at this coffee shop before today. Despite the barista, Christina, being the only one at the counter today, her service was EXCEPTIONAL. She welcomed me when I walked in, she was patient when I took time looking at the menu, and she was attentive while taking my order. There were a number of customers in the cafe, and she handled each person with such care and kindness. I genuinely hope she receives the recognition that she deserves (and an increase in pay!) because she was the sole reason why I had such a pleasant time there, as I’m sure everyone else there would agree. 10/10 an absolute terrific experience because of her. E-Bar offers a unique assortment of gourmet coffee similar to it's competitors such as Starbucks. They also offer premium items on the go such as sandwiches, small prepared meals and bottled beverages. Prices are fair and the service is excellent. If you're in a hurry, this is a convenient place to stop by and quickly grab your gourmet coffee. I highly recommend giving it a try.“

“Hi! I enjoy going to Berry Fresh, as we go quite often. The food is delicious and the service is always great! But lately i have noticed staff memebers like the servers vaping a lot in the server station and in the bathrooms. Sometimes it smells like weed too. I was just concerned because i thought you were not allowed to do that in restaurants, but that’s why we like to sit inside so that we aren’t around the smoke.“

On December 29th around 9 a.m., I was greeted at the drive-thru window by the sweetest young girl named Gia. Her warm smile and genuinely kind tone of voice absolutely made my morning.

It’s rare these days to encounter service that is both respectful and personal instead of rushed or robotic, but Gia struck that perfect balance. Such incredible customer service from her, she is such a genuine girl.

My drink was made just the way I like it, but honestly, the service was even better than the coffee. Experiences like this are what keep me coming back. Starbucks is lucky to have her!☺️☺️“
