“This an awesome place. Despite the brand name there is not a grumpy person in site! I’ve ordered and finished all of the Latin blends and they were so delicious. Sent coffee out of town for Christmas gifts and they all arrived early without a hitch. Just ordered the African blend set and Espresso blend. Can’t wait to try them out! Highly recommend!“

“We tried the breakfast burger, honey toast (a little charred, but still delicious), lemon French toast, coffees and muffins. Everything was so good and the service was great. Friendly and helpful staff.

Orders can be placed online or at a self-order kiosk. There is also a cashier who can take your order and you can dine in a very spacious dining room or they have a few bistro tables outside.

The restaurant is located in Midtown so there is not much foot traffic around, but you can stroll the plaza after.

Highly recommend to go try and enjoy a yummy spread. ?

Kid-friendliness: Spacious indoor dining with outside bistro options, friendly staff was kind to my young children. There were chess sets and books available to look at while we waited.“

As a suggestion the Cuban French toast should have leas honey, preferable on the side that way people can decide how much honey they want.“

“I always go out of my way to visit this dunkin on my way to work in the morning. The lovely Owner is almost always running the AM drive through and is absolutely spectacular. Her energy, her speed, the way she hands me my cold drink with a napkin around it !! (I love ) I had a slight problem and spoke to her about it and she assured me she would handle it with her team. I go in when the line is long and she’s chatting with the team/ drive-thu yet tending to her duties, not skipping a beat. The staff as well is very kind. You can tell the environment is happy and healthy. Clean place. 10/10 best Dunkin in town !“

Seating is available but the shop is pretty small.
Still a great choice if you’re looking for cold treats.

“It's a Starbucks. Similar to the others. Writing this review to give a shout out to Juan behind the counter. He took our large group's order with a smile, filled up my water bottles while cracking jokes, and brought out some free sample shots before we left. Excellent service ?“

“By far the best Dunkin donuts in the area. The kindest employees as well as the most attentive manager. We've been coming here for years, we will not go to another one in the area. If there's ever a problem, they work hard to correct it.“

“My kids and I love it here! We can spend hours and still be happy. We have packed a picnic, played in the water area, played at both playgrounds, (the smaller park is much better for my toddler), ran the huge open fields, walked the paths and looked at all the animals. Inside can be a nice break from the heat. It's also clean and the staff were very kind!“

“I’ve given up on Kung Fu Teas because the ones by my house have consistently let me down…..BUT THIS ONE??? FIRE. This location redeemed it! I went very close to closing time and the boba was soft, chewy, and perfect! The adjusted sweetness was on point too! Very satisfied with this location.“

“Dunkin is best in my book, but being a Dunkin spoiled brat and not wanting to be disappointed I try to get my large iced hot or cold brews when I know it is fresh. The corp stores are much better than the self owned stores that don't follow quality guidelines and use day old coffee sometimes. Money being their priority not like corp owned stores that have really high standards and the best good coffee. One time in the store on Okeechobee next to The PB Library the owner was there and I tried to speak to him to ask a question about the hours and he about took my head off. Really scary! Another good store is Okeechobee and 441. Also all up North FL i95 there is Dunkin. I get a large and drink half today half tomorrow because it stays so well in the fridge and is just that delic!“

“This your typical Starbucks located in Palm Springs Florida in the Forest Hills Shoppes. The store is free standing and very clean. Parking is plenty but the drive thru line can be long at times. Grab a table inside or outside and enjoy your beverage.“

I normally order thru the app and pick it up. the drive thru is a little.unpredictable, so if you're in a hurry, best to order to pick up your order inside just in case it turns out there's a longer line in drive thru.

“terrible service, they made my sandwich wrong and I paid for delivery. When it arrived and saw it was wrong there was nothing that could be done. The company didn't refund me and I paid extra for delivery for something I can't eat. not recommended ever. what company screws up and dosen't refund or delivery it. crooks. thanks for the burnt bagel and for forgetting my cheese.“

“The food is good and I’m really picky with sliced meat and they have good bagel sandwiches with good deli meat. The only thing I would say is that the bagels could be slightly better but that’s just because I like New York bagels, and the service is quick.“

“Food is as expected (it’s a chain). Service is friendly. They are quick even with it being busy. Worked a few mornings on their large patio. Surrounding area cleans every morning, so bugs are low and smells are not dirty. Beautiful outdoor mural. Security walks by often and asks about folks that may just be lingering.“

“My girlfriend and I travel all over the country and stop at hundreds of coffee shops. This one is tied for first place. Everything is fresh and delicious. They use great quality ingredients and because of that you get a great quality coffee!“

“This place had so many varieties of tea from Yerba mate (even had those straws that you use for that) to English and other foreign teas. The people working here are very nice, patient and helpful. Take your time, ask questions and try something different!“
