“Kava Daddy is my home away from home. I come here every night just about. It’s a great place to clear your head. There’s a lot of space, so it’s not crammed like a lot of the smaller Kava bars. There’s a Nintendo switch, a pool table, a pool tournament night, a poker tournament night, a food truck that comes on weekends and serves amazing Italian food, you can even get a free massage on Thursday nights, and plenty more. I feel like people there are family to me, especially the owner. I wanted to find an atmosphere where I could not drink to have fun, but still get the social experience of a bar without the alcohol. This is it. It doesn’t matter what kind of day I’m having every time I leave this place I have a big goofy smile on my face. I’ve been to every Kava bar in town and when I discovered Kava Daddy I stopped going anywhere else. It’s also a great place to network because I found a lot of job opportunities from the people who come here. The customers come from all walks of life. I even found my new roommate here. I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but this place deserved a good one and I’m very picky. Do yourself a favor and please come here you’ll want to come again and again and again. There’s never any drama either, you are treated like family. I can’t praise this place enough just give it a shot. Do yourself a huge favor. Come to Kava Daddy. It is my favorite place to hang out.

“We visited the mall and saw Piknik so decided to give it a try. The Turkey sandwich was the best! The bread was freshly baked and had an awesome crust. Just the right amount and combination of ingredients. So fresh and the tomatoes were delicious. Can’t wait to try their other food and baked goods. We will definitely be back.“

“This an awesome place. Despite the brand name there is not a grumpy person in site! I’ve ordered and finished all of the Latin blends and they were so delicious. “Visited for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Large thoughtfully planned space, large tables of various sizes to accommodate different size parties, and comfortable deep booths. Books and some games are available, giving a relaxed feeling that you can linger and enjoy the cafe without feeling rushed. Wi-fi is available.
The restaurant was busy but not crowded. Parking was easily available on the left side of the building.

We entered and were approached by a cashier a few moments later. They welcomed us and asked if it was our first time visiting. We responded it was, and they gave us the overview of the service. We were so appreciative and impressed that they noticed our hesitation and approached quickly.
To order, you can place an order at the kiosk station or counter, pay, take a number, and seat yourself. Paper menus are available so you can sit with your party and decide before placing the order if you would like. Water and paper cups are available at the front to serve yourself - paper cups are large enough so you do not have to refill frequently, and water was fresh tasting and cold.

We placed our order - coffee drinks came out first, followed by a server delivering silverware and then our food. Everything was freshly made to order and delivered promptly once prepared. A compliment to the serving staff - they were attentive throughout when checking on us and cleared away straw paper wrapping, used plates, and other items as they would check in.

The food and coffee were delicious. I enjoyed the avocado smash toast with an added over medium egg and iced decaf latte. My companion had a breakfast burger with added tomato and a hot brewed coffee. Both were served with mixed greens tossed with a light neutral tasting vinegrette. The avocado smash was a slice of sourdough toast topped with avocado, pepitas, and a soft ricotta type cheese along with a side of roasted tomatoes that are dressed with a spiced, sweet vinegar. Ths spice is similar to chinese 5 spice mix with warm spices like anise. It was a surprising and fantastic addition to warm roasted tomatoes. I enjoyed mixing them into the greens and adding to the toast.

My companion's breakfast burger had fresh avocado, egg, and some type of meat that was like a thick slice of soft pressed ham. It had a nice flavor and was not too salty.
Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The restaurant was clean. I'm not sure when they opened, but I believe they are new.

Since you prepay when ordering, it was nice to leave when we were ready rather than waiting for a server and bill.

Atmosphere was nice: great non-intrusive music at a good level, nice lighting with large windows, and no distracting televisons. It seemed that there were spaces for plants that were not yet installed - once they are added, the atmosphere will be even better.

I am excited to return to try their lunch and dinner. They are open daily from 8-8 at the time of our visit.

It's a lovely place with excellent food and service that I look forward to visiting again!

Parking: Easy to find close parking on the left side of the restaurant entrace. There are lots of spaces in this shopping area, including a parking deck that may be further away.

“This is one of the best Starbucks in town. I wish I would have gotten the lady's name who served me. I just know that she was super nice/attentive, and she wore a bun in her hair (blonde). She sized me up and said that I had a dairy free choice if I wanted it. I have a problem with dairy and completely forgot to order a dairy free substitute, and somehow she knew. Also, she must have eagle eyes because I had not even put my card in yet, and she knew my name. I had only been there a few times before, so she may have remembered me, and if so, what a good memory she must have. Made me feel important, lol. Great customer service IMO.“

“My kids and I love it here! We can spend hours and still be happy. We have packed a picnic, played in the water area, played at both playgrounds, (the smaller park is much better for my toddler), ran the huge open fields, walked the paths and looked at all the animals. Inside can be a nice break from the heat. It's also clean and the staff were very kind!“

There are at least 3 other Dunkin Doughnuts not to far away from this one and on my route for my daily commute. “Dunkin is best in my book, but being a Dunkin spoiled brat and not wanting to be disappointed I try to get my large iced hot or cold brews when I know it is fresh. The corp stores are much better than the self owned stores that don't follow quality guidelines and use day old coffee sometimes. Money being their priority not like corp owned stores that have really high standards and the best good coffee. One time in the store on Okeechobee next to The PB Library the owner was there and I tried to speak to him to ask a question about the hours and he about took my head off. Really scary! Another good store is Okeechobee and 441. Also all up North FL i95 there is Dunkin. I get a large and drink half today half tomorrow because it stays so well in the fridge and is just that delic!“

“This your typical Starbucks located in Palm Springs Florida in the Forest Hills Shoppes. The store is free standing and very clean. Parking is plenty but the drive thru line can be long at times. Grab a table inside or outside and enjoy your beverage.“

Parking: Lots of parking in a big plaza is very easy to find and can see from the road. They have a drivethur also.

Wheelchair accessibility: Many parking spots are available for wheelchair access. This is very important to me for my sister who is handicap.“

“I wanted to write this review because the manager of the Alton Starbucks truly deserves it today. I usually order on the app and pick up my order on the counter. It is always ready. Today, there was trouble with their system which was causing a major delay in getting the orders to the customers. It was a system issue. The manager was calm, courteous, wasn't acting overwhelmed, handled everything that was thrown at her this morning with patience and grace. She was so nice to each customer that came to her. She made sure that every one of us was being helped. Nobody was upset. Nobody behind the counter was huffing and puffing due to frustration. She handled this morning professionally and really deserves a pat on the back. Thank you so much for making my order this morning go as smooth as you could make it.
