I have been coming to this Starbucks since they first opened. Since Covid this location has gone down hill. The service is long. The food is always cold I had them re heat a sandwich twice and still needed up cold.
The location of this Starbucks is great, although there are not many comfortable seats to work with your PC and some of the power outlets were not functional. The food here is not great, seems to be all pre-cooked and not fresh, can always rely on a good coffee though. Service is just OK, these folks are always in a hurry and sometimes they forget to provide a friendly experience.

This store is dirty, like trash and scraps all over the floor, dirty counters, dirty tables. I grabbed my drinks from mobile order, they were both not made according to how they were ordered, the barista fixed the issues. But you can tell they just don’t care.
