The staff, including manager Gabe and team members Joseph and Morgan, are welcoming, friendly, and attentive, greeting customers like family and remembering small details about orders. The place is clean, with plenty of seating and a beautiful outdoor mural. Service is quick, even during busy times, and the surrounding area is kept tidy, reducing bugs and bad smells. The Chai Latte is delicious, making it a good spot to meet friends or a date. Despite some minor service issues, it remains a highly recommended place for a relaxing hangout.
