I don't usually visit this place, but I had a gift card, and I wanted to express how wonderful the woman behind the glass at the Dunkn on Royal Palm Beach Blvd. was! Her name was Sue, and she went above and beyond on her own to check and tape my second gift card so I would know which to use first. She also helped me make my last menu choice. I always receive excellent attention and friendliness when I visit! It encourages me to pause more frequently. Considering how crowded it is and how often there is a line when I visit, they handle everyone so swiftly and efficiently that you don't have to wait long for your food!

I have only been through the drive thru,but I must say that this is the fastest, friendliest, most accurate DD I have ever visited. The woman running the morning driving thru is spectacular. I wish DD could harness her energy and positive attitude. Starbucks would cease to exist! Thanks for being a bright spot in a quick stop!
