“Their kiwi boba tea with the blueberry and rainbow jelly is delicious. Their small size boba tea is quite large. The teriyaki salmon has an excellent portion of fish and veggies, and they have soy paper for those who don’t eat seaweed on ones small rolls. As for sushi I recommend asking for Escolar small rolls, they aren’t on the menu but they will custom make them. They’re very buttery smooth fishies.“

“Great all around. Only issue is every time I go there I ask for Sapporo or kirin on draft, which is on the menu and get the I’m sorry I were out today. It’s been months! Even the larger 16 oz cans. Same song and dance. Yes the food is good, but come on, I want the draught beer not the can bottled.“

“Food-5⭐️Ambiance-5⭐️Price/value-4⭐️Service-4⭐️Menu selection-5⭐️If I’m rating this restaurant strictly on the food, taste, presentation, it’s 100% a 5 star restaurant! But, it can be a little pricey, and the service is pretty slow. I feel that the restaurant, as well as Brandon’s and the bar (where you can also order your sushi), is all understaffed. When we arrived at the bar at 3:30 there was one lady working behind the bar, and she was also running to the restaurant (Brandon’s) to wait on people! So it’s difficult to give people much attention when you’re stretched so thin.We came back after 7 to have dinner. They don’t open until 5pm.I ordered the shrimp “handy”. It’s tempura shrimp wrapped in white rice paper, with rice and avocado. It was delicious!!! I was going to share with my hubby but it was so good! Sorry honey!My husband had the miso soup. It had A LOT of green onions in it. I like that, but he didn’t.Then we shared the sashimi platter. It’s 20 pieces of sashimi with a roll (wrapped in thinly sliced cucumber). It was the perfect amount for 2 people to share. We were both full afterwards. Every piece was perfect. It had 4 pieces of tuna, 4 of salmon, yellowtail, and wahoo.I had a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, my husband had a Moscow mule. They were both excellent. Then we had the salted caramel gelato for dessert.A 20% gratuity is automatically included. Our bill was $180 altogether.“

“We have visited couple times now on our Vaycay in lake clarke and this is one of the best Sushi 🍣 restaurants we have been too, the service is friendly and food is just amazing with good presentation too for take out. Try the lobster volcano roll it’s the bomb ❤️ Highly recommend 👌🏻👌🏻“

“It’s a family ran business. Everybody is so nice and helpful. We always go there on a Friday night with 10 people unannounced. And they always make room for us somewhere. They’re just very nice. The lunch comes with soup or salad. Their chicken soup smells so good every time, but I'm a sucker for their ginger dressing, so I opt for the salad endlessly.“

“This was my first visit. The team was attentive and helpful. The sushi was good but not great. I enjoyed the uniqueness of the Hawaiian role with the pineapple in the mix. The atmosphere was relaxed. Had a restaurant-by-the-beach vibe. We came for happy hour and spent about $90 for 2.“

“Food is very fresh tastes like you went to a friends house and they made you dinner. The service was so friendly and quick. The egg roll was crispy and light. I had the moo goo gai pan which was light and tasty. You know it’s fresh when one of the ladies is prepping fresh snow peas on a nearby table.“

“I booked for a party of 24 and it wasn’t until i arrived that i learned that the tables only seat 20 and the other guests have to sit somewhere else. The food was great and so was the entertainment but our table only got 1 menu…for 20 people. My parents sat in a different table (because of the lack of space) and they didn’t even get a menu, but the guests that arrived AFTER them did, do with information what you will. I also don’t know if they just don’t own spoons but i asked for one and got a plastic spoon. Besides those inconveniences, the hibachi chefs were awesome and so was the food.“

“Had a lunch meet up here and overall enjoyed my experience. Staff was friendly and prompt, this may have been due to the timing. Place was empty. I will say it was a little difficult to find and is located upstairs, keep that in mind if you have difficulty climbing steps. The restaurant was clean. Food didn’t take long. I had the chicken tempura. It was fresh and pretty good. Tried a friends tori don which is chicken and veggies over rice. It was basic, but still good. Everyone liked their food. A nice simple place to stop in for lunch.“
