“Food-5⭐️Ambiance-5⭐️Price/value-4⭐️Service-4⭐️Menu selection-5⭐️If I’m rating this restaurant strictly on the food, taste, presentation, it’s 100% a 5 star restaurant! But, it can be a little pricey, and the service is pretty slow. I feel that the restaurant, as well as Brandon’s and the bar (where you can also order your sushi), is all understaffed. When we arrived at the bar at 3:30 there was one lady working behind the bar, and she was also running to the restaurant (Brandon’s) to wait on people! So it’s difficult to give people much attention when you’re stretched so thin.We came back after 7 to have dinner. They don’t open until 5pm.I ordered the shrimp “handy”. It’s tempura shrimp wrapped in white rice paper, with rice and avocado. It was delicious!!! I was going to share with my hubby but it was so good! Sorry honey!My husband had the miso soup. It had A LOT of green onions in it. I like that, but he didn’t.Then we shared the sashimi platter. It’s 20 pieces of sashimi with a roll (wrapped in thinly sliced cucumber). It was the perfect amount for 2 people to share. We were both full afterwards. Every piece was perfect. It had 4 pieces of tuna, 4 of salmon, yellowtail, and wahoo.I had a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, my husband had a Moscow mule. They were both excellent. Then we had the salted caramel gelato for dessert.A 20% gratuity is automatically included. Our bill was $180 altogether.“

“I had an amazing time at Sushi by Bou in Palm Beach Gardens. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. Ali, Hai and JB (my favorite) are exquisite hosts and served top quality food. “Their kiwi boba tea with the blueberry and rainbow jelly is delicious. Their small size boba tea is quite large. The teriyaki salmon has an excellent portion of fish and veggies, and they have soy paper for those who don’t eat seaweed on ones small rolls. As for sushi I recommend asking for Escolar small rolls, they aren’t on the menu but they will custom make them. They’re very buttery smooth fishies.“

Same song and dance. Yes the food is good, but come on, I want the draught beer not the can bottled.“

“Still the BEST sushi in Palm Beach Gardens after 20+ years! This is a very unique & small place. The waitresses are fantastic! They all work together & as long as you understand the process (small place, tables are close together, will not do take out if super busy or later in the evening, some tables are designed for no more than 2-6 people only, no reservations). Definitely try the california Tata with a side of eel sauce!! Angel Hair roll & bahama mama are a must! I dont understand some of the bad reviews but my motto with Yu-Mi is that if somehow you dont like it..awesome! Go somewhere else! 🙃😄“

“I was there two weeks ago. The food was fine but not what I expected from all the reviews I read. I wondered how many were paid for with discounted foods if they were written. I was appalled by the behavior of the owner towards his employees. Cussing and yelling at his staff, treating them with no respect. I was embarrassed by his unprofessional behavior and wondered how he keeps his staff. After talking to a customer who was sitting near me they told me the longest staff member was only there 4 weeks. I peaked in the kitchen area it was filthy, nobody would eat there if they saw it. BEWARE!!! I think he buys burner phones and post his owe reviews“

“This place reminds me of Japan. When I lived there we had restaurants like this one. The food is excellent. We had the Sushi boat which had the best fresh sashimi and sushi. The portions of sashimi are large compared to Colorado where they slice their fish slightly thinner. The wait staff is on top of it.
I highly recommend this fabulous sushi!!“

“Best Thai restaurant we have tried in the Palm Beach area. The chicken katsu and pad that was delicious.
They were also increasingly helpful for finding vegan options explaining which food could be substitute or with dishes needed a non vegan ingredient. We had the green curry and pad woon send were able to be made vegan.
We enjoyed the sticky mango rice for dessert which was beautiful-looking and decadent.“
