His name was Moon 🌙 he and his employees were very welcoming and he went above and beyond with his customer service skills. 5 out of 5 stars for me! I’ve been to this subway in the past had a back experience never came back but today i decided to come by and grab some food after work and it was the best decision I made! “Sept 2026 update: twice I've been here, and twice I wished I'd saved my money and calories for somewhere else. Old grease, slow service, a burger that literally tasted like fish. I won't be back to this checkers location.

Prior review: Outside seemed clean. There was a skeleton crew (I counted 2 people) on Tuesday at about 545pm, but the food I ordered on the app was ready when I arrived. Google maps sent me to an incorrect location, so watch out for that (said it was north on US1). Not restaurant's fault though. The cashier was friendly and helpful. My main complaint is that the food didn't seem as good as other locations. The chicken bites were dull and dry. Fries were good, but greasy. Burger had a lot of mustard. Just seemed inconsistent with other locations. I tried that loaded tender wrap because it was a dollar off in the app. That thing was so small, if I'd paid $2.99 for that, I'd be MAD!“

“Awesome would be an understatement. I came here as my local John smiths subs in Boca Raton had shutdown and this Lake Worth location DID NOT disappoint!!

Ryan, the cashier at the front with 5 years experience, was one of the most professional and kind cashiers I have had the pleasure of ordering with.

The young bearded cook in the back made the best darn sub I’ve had in years in less than 5 minutes. Absolutely wonderful.

Already looking forward to coming back.

“Courtney was EXCELLENT in handling both the busy drive thru orders and myself when I brought my wife and elderly father in for lunch yesterday. Because we had 3 transactions, each with a free taco for the Taco Tuesday promo, we couldn't use the kiosks so Courtney had to manually assist on each of our orders, doing so quickly and EACH time thanking us for our business.
Then when leaving, he wished us all a great day. It is associates like Courtney that will make our decision to return here when choosing a Taco Bell location (this was NOT the closest to our home).
BTW- the Discovery LUXE Box Meal tasted AWESOME, a great value, and beyond filling!“
