I love the Chicken but today I have the Yellow rice and was uncooked I was disappointed because never have a problem. .
ate to go, always heard good things about this location, i’ve eaten here multiple times it’s always good, today went through the drive through service was 10/10, food was 1000/10 everything was so good, definitely the best pollo tropical in my area, love it, so fire bro

Pollo Tropical offers hot and delicious food with great customer service. The cashier was awesome, checking the orders carefully. The place is clean and organized. The chicken soup tastes homemade. Although one location had unfriendly staff, another had a helpful and patient employee. Despite long lines, the tired staff still managed to provide good service. However, there have been mixed experiences at the drive-thru, with complaints about a staff member's attitude during lunch hours. While the food is often praised, some customers feel that the portions, such as in the avocado chicken salad, could be better. Additionally, sauces are not always included unless requested, and the outdoor lighting has been noted as poor. Overall, while the food is great, the staff's demeanor could improve as they seem tense. There is plenty of parking available in the shopping plaza, and the restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
