“I Love this Duncan. It’s right across the street from where I work, I go here multiple times a week, and it is easily the best Duncan around. I’ve been to Several different Duncan Donuts in the area, and had an issue with every single one at some point. But, not this one. The employees are so on it, friendly, witty, and Super fast. They genuinely care, contrary to other employees I’ve seen at other locations. 5 stars from me. Y’all are the best. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“This review has been long over due. I absolutely love this location, and will forever continue to have this location be my favorite. The manager seems to run a tight ship, this place is always fast with their service, and both food & coffee almost always comes out perfect each time. I love the most that they are CONSISTENT with their beverages- I feel like this is almost always a struggle with all other Dunkin’s. Everyone I encounter is always courteous and professional- have literally never had a complaint! If there’s ever anything wrong, every worker is always sweet about it and will fix it fast :)“

“I think this place is service a solid five out of five really for being accurate with orders and having friendly staff.The location itself is located inside the gas station, and long lines can form when going in. They don’t have any drive-through service available here.The staff are extremely friendly and quickly get orders placed. I was surprised that our order consisting of three different people’s items was perfectly made with no issues.Lastly, the food did not have any freezer burnt taste. This is really nice as several other Dunkin experiences have had offputting tastes at other locations around the US.“

“It's 6 p.m. 1-26-2023.BILL was amazing, Very professional. However the other young man that was in completely unprofessional.. I was standing in front of the counter, he was cleaning tables, I called to back to see if there was someone else, he said in a not do kind way he would help. However, he kept cleaning, putting chairs u doing his thing, I'm waiting, and he does not seem to care about the customer. I almost walked out, but then Bill came out from theDrive-thru area and immediately helped me. Very professional and quick. Kudos to you, Bill.“
“For a change a Dunkin' that is clean! Imagine, the employees knew what they are doing and most of all they were accommodating and pleasant! We met some very nice Sheriffs on a break who didn't mind us asking them curious questions about law enforcement and their experiences. It was a fun early evening with 3 COPS, sipping on a good coffee while having a lively discussion about the state of the world! That's what Dunkin' should be all about!“

I purchased a ice coffee and the milk had a spoiled taste so when I went in to ask for a refund I was told that there was no manager in to do a refund and was offered another coffee and wouldn't you guess they made another coffee with the same spoiled milk I will never come back to this location Australia and 45th st...not to mention when you walk in they look you in your face and still make you wait a few minutes before they even ask may I help you...“

Hearing queens pleasant and welcoming voice was very refreshing specially in this times, she knew her menu, made suggestions and even laughed with us. This location has a drive-thru and ample parking and seating inside. When I arrived (around 6:15am), there were a couple of cars in the drive-thru. So, I decided to go inside. Service was prompt and I was in and out in no time. I will stop in again for future treats.“

“After I had my appointment searched for a Dunkin and I found the happiest place on earth! As I entered from the staff to all the customers everywhere came laughter. I know not for what but it was a great surprise sound. People were helping other folks open doors and I found that true human kindness. Ordered one not my usuals large green iced tea and Splenda. The gentleman waiting on me said what no food I said I was on a proverbial diet he said he had diet donuts he had I said if that were true you would be richer than you are. Everyone laughed. The other guy made my drink quickly and to my surprise it was fresh!!!!!!
