Never gets the food right. When I order bagel sandwhiches, they're basically just warmed up, still extremely soft.Nobody at this Dunkin knows what a vanilla creme donut is, because every time I order one, they send a vanilla frosted, and they always either stack donuts in top of each other with no paper, or they put your donut face down in the bag so the frosting is ruined.The food looks like it was thrown across the gas station this Dunkin is in when it gets to me. On September 23 me my husband and my children went through the drive-through to place an order. The young lady, taking our order, was very pushy, and did not allow us to finish our order. She kept telling us “come to the window!” Multiple times my husband informed her that we were not finished with our order she then replied “why do you have an attitude?” My husband then replied “I don’t have an attitude. 30 minutes in the drive thru, then when I get to the window she asked me what I ordered! I had to wait another 5 minutes while my coffee and omelet bites were made. Denise needs to be fired or retrained, every time she's working there's a huge back up.
