“I am a frequent flyer at this Dunkin and the staff has always been very prompt with not only my order, but everyone else in front of me in the drive-thru line.Although, lately I have been disappointed with the simple fact that when I order any breakfast sandwich and anything edible, they always FAIL TO PUT A NAPKIN into the bag! I should not have to ASK to have a napkin or 2 placed into my bag, especially when ordering food!Please DUNKIN' EMPLOYEES, place a NAPKIN OR 2 into the bag before you hand it off to your paying customers in the drive-thru.They would have received 5 stars from me if napkins were present!“
“Stopped by this Dunkin’ in Royal Palm Beach and had a great experience. The service was fast and everyone was friendly, which made for an easy morning stop. The donuts were fresh, the coffee was good, and our order was exactly right. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in the area!“
