“I am a frequent flyer at this Dunkin and the staff has always been very prompt with not only my order, but everyone else in front of me in the drive-thru line.Although, lately I have been disappointed with the simple fact that when I order any breakfast sandwich and anything edible, they always FAIL TO PUT A NAPKIN into the bag! I should not have to ASK to have a napkin or 2 placed into my bag, especially when ordering food!Please DUNKIN' EMPLOYEES, place a NAPKIN OR 2 into the bag before you hand it off to your paying customers in the drive-thru.They would have received 5 stars from me if napkins were present!“
“Having visited most all of the DDs in West Palm Beach, this Royal Palm location BY FAR exceeds the rest! My order is always accurate and ready as promised. The energy and warmness of the morning staff is unmatched. The morning rush is handled with the precision of a symphony. Location consistently has a fresh look and the decorations for each holiday bring joy and exceed the standard! I would recommend driving out of your way to grab your brew at this gem of a Dunkin! Don’t change!“
