“This dunkin does not fail in its service. The staff cares immensely for their customers, making sure that the order is always correct. The sandwiches are always served with care, no cold spots. My coffee is always exactly how I order it everytime, Nicole and Allie always have it ready. Highly recommend!“

“Everything was great...but not feeling the price for the loaded hash browns.. That's crazy...make the price or the quantity make since with each other, people will go crazy for it...it's very good and fresh 👌🏾...

“My go to Dunkin the kids who work here are usually always nice and quick. However. All the years I’ve been coming here they literally ALWAYS forget to tell me the total price at the ordering speaker. Which is weird because at the pickup window which is interesting because there’s a plaque on the window that says “if asked to pay another amount please talk to manager”
Edit : still not saying the price at the speaker. I asked her how much my total was and she said “idk I’m making ur drink” to which I just pulled up cause what are you doing ….“
“I live next to this Dunkin ! My family and i go almost every morning (drive thru ) The team is smiling, helpful, and in a great mood every time I stop by. My matcha and food is always on point . Starting my morning with such friendly people makes a HUGE difference!! Probably spelling names wrong but the ones i can remember are Shania, shaila , and Chuck!!“
“When there was extra Lily gave me extra doughnuts near end of day. She was very nice. Felt everyone cared. Food was put together excellently as a gourmet chef would. The workers connected with the customers in a way that was more than just service.

“I go here regularly with my autistic son. I just have to say, the customer service is absolutely amazing. They are so patient with my son when we use it as a learning opportunity for him to use his language skills. They are excited with us when he succeeds. Just had to give the workers a shout out bc it really makes my day.“
“New place design is cold and unfriendly. Same staff who don't know how to run tickets. Placed order on kiosk, then people in line after we placed our order are getting theirs and walking out. We just ordered 2 donuts/ bagel bites and a cold brew. This was Sunday morning on 3/8/26. Just go straight to the line and avoid the kiosk if you have no choice and have to go here.“

I was very excited for this location to open up near my office
but I am loosing my faith in them, on the days the service is quick and friendly the order is usually screwed up so check your orders in the drive thru before leaving
and other days the service is slow ,and many poorly trained teenagers work here too add to the bad service
they evidently don't sell enough bagels as lately the bagels are at least one day old when I get them
since this is a new location I will give them another week to shape up
But I think they will fail to perform as well as other local dunkin donuts locations in the end?
I have made too many return trips back after I forgot to check the order before I left
I hope they read these reviews and improve there service as I would like to continue going there as it is very convenient to me
I go here every day so far for the last 3 weeks , and IMHO currently they are OK for a quick coffee but don't order any food unless you want to be disappointed

Instead of brushing it off, they took the time to listen, and made sure the issue was resolved. Great customer service like that really stands out these days. “Wait can you say about just a good cup of coffee with creamer 4 sweet n’lows accompanied with a high calorie sweet doughnut! Great every once in a while! I think, it is time for a facelift on the old stores and get them a lighter and brighter! If ur not going to eat and dip while in ur car, great to have an updated place to do that!“
“I go out of my way to go to this Dunkin. The manager Jessica has cultivated a wonderful staff with bar none the best service of any store I've ever been to. To have been able to keep the same quality staff as long as she has speaks volumes these days. They start my work days with a smile. It's a pleasure I look forward to each week.“
“I love Dunkin. Great location. The staff have to deal with a lot of crazy fussy rude entitled customers though, I love the free donut Wednesdays 🍩🍩. and the $6 breakfast. Service very good and friendly. I took away one star for atmosphere the chairs are not very comfortable and there were straw wrappers on the ground around the trash can. I guess most people grab an go. Also it's a quiet location so I like to do my work there. ☕“
“Was recently encouraged to come on and leave a review by a lady raging about her daughter not getting the donuts she wanted. Also claiming they were stale. Yet she ordered them an hour ago and is just now coming back?? The owner was super patient and kind. Even inviting her to come see how they are made, she declined. He asks “why didn’t you bring them back?” (Fair. Most people would)

“Janessa is easily one of the hardest workers I have ever met in my entire life. There’s something different about her and she has a special light, I am very surprised she is not a manager. She loves the customers and the customers love her back. I have witnessed it with my own eyes. That girl needs a promotion ASAP !!! She has a lot of potential! I also only go when she’s working because I love her energy and she Knows my order by heart and makes it perfect every single time!“
