I visit a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts locations, and to be honest, not every experience has been great—but this one absolutely blew me away. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Chuck, who is an outstanding employee and a genuinely kind person. He welcomed me with a big smile, asked how I was doing, and made me feel like a valued customer right away.
This location is spotless, fast, convenient, and always friendly. Even during busy times, the team handles the rush with professionalism and a positive attitude. I’ve been here several times, and it’s consistently excellent.
If you’re in the area and want a Dunkin’ experience done right, stop by this location and say hi to Chuck and the amazing staff—you won’t be disappointed!

“We’ve been coming here for years. And it was actually just reversed and looks really night. Has more of an open concept now and all the seating is on the side and the middle is open for standing. Only issue I see with this is there is no “line”
Persay so people can stand all over and cut each other if not paying attention. The owner show def put the line railings back up, it would help create more direction for people coming in, and people waiting for online/uber orders.
Food was great this last time we went. And the staff was friendly.
I just love the coffee here and the ice tea!
My kids do bagels and doughnuts! So happy they brought back the French crullers! My daughter just loves them!
We sat inside as usually we take out, and it was nice, especially with the new tables and chairs!

The store was clean, well-organized, and full of seasonal spirit, which made my visit more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that my order was prepared quickly despite the busy rush.
As for the coffee, it was just what I expected from Dunkin'—fresh, flavorful, and exactly to my liking. I ordered my usual, and it was made perfectly, with the right balance of flavors. The service was smooth, and I appreciated how the staff maintained a positive attitude throughout my visit.
Overall, the combination of great coffee, quick service, and festive decorations made this a delightful stop. “I stop by Dunkin weekly, but today was my first visit to this new location — and I have to give a big shoutout to Jonathan!
He was genuinely friendly and welcoming, going out of his way to make everyone feel valued. It’s rare these days to meet someone who greets you with such kindness and energy. Coming here didn’t feel like being “just another customer” — Jonathan made it feel personal, like you actually matter.

“New place design is cold and unfriendly. Same staff who don't know how to run tickets. Placed order on kiosk, then people in line after we placed our order are getting theirs and walking out. We just ordered 2 donuts/ bagel bites and a cold brew. This was Sunday morning on 3/8/26. Just go straight to the line and avoid the kiosk if you have no choice and have to go here.“
“I go here regularly with my autistic son. I just have to say, the customer service is absolutely amazing. They are so patient with my son when we use it as a learning opportunity for him to use his language skills. They are excited with us when he succeeds. Just had to give the workers a shout out bc it really makes my day.“

“I go out of my way to go to this Dunkin. The manager Jessica has cultivated a wonderful staff with bar none the best service of any store I've ever been to. To have been able to keep the same quality staff as long as she has speaks volumes these days. They start my work days with a smile. It's a pleasure I look forward to each week.“
“Wait can you say about just a good cup of coffee with creamer 4 sweet n’lows accompanied with a high calorie sweet doughnut! Great every once in a while! I think, it is time for a facelift on the old stores and get them a lighter and brighter! If ur not going to eat and dip while in ur car, great to have an updated place to do that!“
“I love Dunkin. Great location. The staff have to deal with a lot of crazy fussy rude entitled customers though, I love the free donut Wednesdays 🍩🍩. and the $6 breakfast. Service very good and friendly. I took away one star for atmosphere the chairs are not very comfortable and there were straw wrappers on the ground around the trash can. I guess most people grab an go. Also it's a quiet location so I like to do my work there. ☕“
“I went in around 4pm. The young lady was all by herself with 6 customers ordering a range of different items. She still had a great attitude, amazing service and was very apologetic about the wait. I don’t know her name but she deserves praises. And for whoever does the scheduling no employee should be left by themselves as someone who also works in food service. Thank you!“
