I had an issue with the Dunkin app during my visit, and the staff and specifically the manager, DD, were incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the whole situation. Instead of brushing it off, they took the time to listen, and made sure the issue was resolved. Great customer service like that really stands out these days. Thank you DD, for being patient, professional, and kind. I’ll definitely be coming back!
