“The staff are always friendly, they are doing the best they can with everything. This location is so small so they do not get the same inventory as bigger ones and some people are just so rude about it. I prefer this location because the next closest one, the staff are awful and rude!“
“I come to this Dunkin' several times a week. Depending on who is working, depends on how your experience/ coffee will come out.Diamond, is absolutely wonderful. She is a pleasure to see every single time. That woman deserves a raise.Some of the other employees seem as though they could really care less...You should really consider teaching them proper customer service skills. Yesterday my iced coffee was watery.But normally , it's pretty good at this location!“

“This Dunkin Donuts has to be the BEST one around. It is unlike any other Dunkin I have been to anywhere else. They are so efficient here, organized, clean, and FAST! Every time I come here it is a good experience. The team works amazingly well together and they work as a whole. They definitely know what they’re doing here at this location. I’ve been to other locations where everything takes extremely long, they’re not friendly and also not as professional or efficient as this one is. So they definitely deserve recognition for that. I would go out of my way just to come to this location over any other location due to the amazing service and professionalism they have here.
