Dunkin' is a restaurant known for its excellent service. On one occasion, an employee with green hair went out of her way to return forgotten egg bites to a customer. Another time, a staff member greeted a young customer with a free doughnut for his birthday. In addition, when a customer needed a quick coffee and donut hole order, the staff, despite running out of donut holes, provided alternative flavors that the customer's children enjoyed. The team's thoughtful gestures and attention to detail make for a memorable experience.
