We are trying out different Chinese restaurants to maybe find a favorite one. China Star was good but not a favorite (yet). Ordered shrimp chow fun and I was expecting the very wide big noodles. This came with what looked like just egg noodles. It was just ok. Shrimp with broccoli was good but not enough taste. Egg foo Yung was good but still looking for a darker sauce to go with it.
Egg roll was good also. Anyway no real complaints and will go back to try other dishes.

China Star Restaurant in Coral Springs has been a popular spot for Chinese food for many customers. The general tsos chicken and orange chicken are highly recommended dishes. While pickup is preferred over delivery, the food is always great. Some customers have experienced issues with missing items in their orders or lukewarm food, but the boneless ribs and krab ragoon were highlighted as tasty choices. The Mongolian beef, house special fried rice, and beef and broccoli received high praise for their rich wok flavor. Many customers mention that the food is consistently good and the staff is polite. The restaurant features an open kitchen, allowing guests to see the cleanliness. It is a small take-out place located in a strip mall, with ample parking and wheelchair accessibility. The house special fried rice is a favorite for many, and the restaurant is especially recommended for lunch specials. Overall, China Star is considered one of the better Chinese food options in the area, especially for those looking for quick, delicious meals.
