“As a self-professed NYC Chinese food snob, this is the BEST Chinese food restaurant in Florida I have been to, since moving here 20+ years ago! Food was absolutely delicious, including the soup dumplings, steamed dumplings. Their pork fried rice was done perfectly! I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu, which is very affordable. The restaurant itself is large and beautifully designed and decorated. Let’s support this neighborhood gem!“

“High quality food. Delicious and fresh! I had Wonton soup, Moo Shu Pork and an appetizer of eggrolls. the downside is they had no crispy noodles to munch on while we r waiting for our food, and the dinner did not come with eggrolls, or with real authentic fried rice, only brown or white rice. im a big fan of NY style fried rice and it was disappointing, however I could have ordered a side of pork fried rice for $14. overall since the food was excellent I would highly recommend Red Ginger. Lovely atmosphere. We had a great time.“

“My fiancee and I agreed that we will probably make this our new Chinese takeout spot. It's a bit of a drive for us but their food, variety of selections, and price are pretty good! I enjoy their ramen so far, best price in the area for how much you get out of it. My fiancee likes their buffalo wings a lot, he said it reminds him of Chinese takeout in NY. Customer service isn't that friendly though, which isn't a problem for me. You know you entered a real Chinese location when you are not greeted, thanked or receive any sort of warm reception (Reminds me of modern day Hong Kong, ha!). That's pretty common in authentic Chinese businesses 🤷. So far, I like the price and the food. We will be back for more. Highly recommended.“

“My family and I have been going here for 8 years. We currently drive from West Boca to pick up our food as no other place can compare. We tried to find places closer but have alwaya been disappointed. It's well worth the drive. However tonight we noticed they changed how the boneless spare ribs were made. Not sure why they made this change but hope they go back to the old way. Still good, it's just not the same as has been my favorite for the past 8 years!“

“Great place for a quick Chinese bite. They serve more authentic dishes than many other pick up places. There is even a small area to dine-in. The restaurant is clean with a tad of kitchen cooking smells. It could be advantageous to have a better air circulation plan ;).

“I've lived in coral springs since I was 10.. I've never been to Sun Sun ... GAMECHANGER!!!! THE best Chinese takeout... I ordered the Honey, garlic chicken with Pork fried rice. BTW fried rice is the best!! I also order the fantail shrimp appetizer... amazing!! Their fried noodles for the soup is the best!!! They fry it up for ur order (soooo good)...Anyone looking for a great Chinese restaurant look no further... this is now my go to Chinese takeout!!“

“We are trying out different Chinese restaurants to maybe find a favorite one. China Star was good but not a favorite (yet). Ordered shrimp chow fun and I was expecting the very wide big noodles. This came with what looked like just egg noodles. It was just ok. Shrimp with broccoli was good but not enough taste. Egg foo Yung was good but still looking for a darker sauce to go with it.
Egg roll was good also. Anyway no real complaints and will go back to try other dishes.

“As a New Yorker, I’ve been searching for Chinese food in Florida that reminds me of home and this is by far the closest I have

found. The General Tso’s Chicken, House Special Fried Rice, and Orange Beef were all fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The portions were generous, and everything tasted exactly how I hoped it would.

The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is the customer service. Unfortunately, the lady working the front counter came across as rude and not very welcoming. A little friendliness and better customer service would go a long way because the food is absolutely worth coming back for.

If you’re looking for authentic New York-style Chinese takeout in South Florida (Coral Springs), I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.“
