Feb 2024It's been a while since I visited a DD. The donuts significantly shrank in size. A normal round donut (like Boston Creme) got smaller by changing its shape to a heart. Also, they had to brew a pot of coffee for me. Quite surprised that they were out of coffee in the afternoon.Also donuts are $1.50 each. Way too much for what you get.The munchkin prices were way off too. It was cheaper to buy five 10 munchkin boxes, than to buy one 50 munchkin box. Usually buying in bulk is a benefit to the customer. Not at this location (see photo).Will I return (to this location)? Highly unlikely.

Today is my grandson’s birthday. We went in the morning to this restaurant. He was greeted many happy returns by the girl at the counter with a doughnut free of cost.

So I’m working late in a project for work and wanted a coffee; ran out of creamer…decided I would order a coffee. Added donut holes. A small. Treat to go and in case my kids wanted some I could share. I received my delicious hot coffee with a sweet note. They said they didn’t have anymore donut holes and gave me replacements. My kids actually love the flavors that were chosen. I wanted to say wow that was thoughtful and appreciated. They could have left the order incomplete and let me get a door dash refund but they went the extra mile. Wishing this store and the team member who wrote the note a wonderful holiday.

This is a very good Dunkin' location. The place was all decorated for Halloween and the staff here is great. We stopped in for a coffee and some treats and didn't even know about the happy hour promo and the staff was great and letting us know it was on so we got twice the treats. Very nice of them to help. This is a very good Dunkin' location. The place was all decorated for Halloween and the staff here is great. We stopped in for a coffee and some treats and didn't even know about the happy hour promo and the staff was great and letting us know it was on so we got twice the treats. Very nice of them to help. The reason I gave the store two stars is because the owner doesn’t have enough stock to not run out of things. Every single time I come in the staff is very nice and sweet young people who work there I want to complement them because it is not their fault every time I go in there because it is on my way to work and home. I asked for some thing and they always say they’re out of at least the first two things I asked for and I have to make a third choice, it is for convenience that I go there and the friendly attitude towards the customers but the owner is at fault for not having enough product and it’s very obvious
