“All the workers were friendly and working hard, would've been a pleasant experience had their manager not been yelling at them and reprimanding them in front of a customer so my 5 stars is towards them otherwise I would've rated him 1 star... Learn to speak to your employees in the back and not humiliate them like that cause you stopped when you noticed I started recording you.“
“This Dunkin’ may be small, but the staff makes it feel big with their friendliness and great service. The drinks are always spot-on, and honestly, I think this location outshines the one that’s closed for renovations. Fantastic job, team—keep up the great work!“
“always great, kinda inconsistent sometimes and a little slow but overall good place to get your coffee. Sometimes waiting around for the food to be made can take a little while so patience is definitely needed.

“It has been 9 years since I updated this review...location is serving the public similar in Feb 2026 ...as my last review. Quiet location probably cause no drive thru...but now they have direct prepaid pick up. ! (saves time not needing cashier at the register ! Great service at this location of Dunkin Donuts. No drive thru, but, if you get out the car and come in you will be treated well.“

“Excellent service, located in Bethesda hospital East lobby!!! Rudolph, Rere, and Bri were VERY good and provided great customer service. All of the customers waiting along with us were commenting on how professional, accommodating and friendly they were. I travel a lot and stop at DDs throughtout the country. They were by far, some of the best employees I've encountered. Thanks so much for the great customer service!“
“Very clean location; bathrooms were pristine whenever I'm there and decide to go inside.
Staff is attentive and caring of your order; I personally haven't had any issue with that at this location. *(Sometimes other locations get an order incorrect and staff can become flippant when attempting to correct such matters.)
Donuts are typically always readily available and taste fresh throughout the day.
My only personal qualm with this store is that it closes earlier than most others - around 7PM daily; which is a shame as it's in such a prime location and would probably see great evening traffic.

“This is my everyday Dunkin Donuts but the young lady with the Blonde Hair and Bonnet has a very unfriendly attitude. She seems like she didn’t want to be there and I watched her while she rudely threw my donuts 🍩 on the bad with her face frowned 🤔“

Only thing I can add. Is DD does it better for me and my test buds better than other coffee shops of all kinds.

“10/28 at 5:30pm shift the two guys were super great with customer service & patience, and my coffee was excellent!!! Usually the young crew mess up my coffee always at other locations, but this location gets it right every time!!!! Thank you to the two young men for your good energy and fabulous customer service and taking the time to make my medium butter pecan coffee two pumps of liquid sugar shot of espresso and cold foam with caramel drizzle lol 😂 it was perfect“
“Today I did a DoorDash delivery and the order was incomplete. I went up there to see if they wouldn’t mind providing the missing item and fixing another. They were extremely accommodating and it made my day and my 3 year old’s day (it was her food missing). Definitely my favorite Dunkn! Amazing customer service.“
