I bought some munchkins to bring to my sons school today for his birthday, but prior to dropping them off I had to pack individual treat bags for each student. I was working on the bags at the Dunkin when one of the ladies who work here came from behind the counter and asked me if I needed any help, not only that but when I mentioned it was for my sons birthday, she placed a donut in a box and wished him a happy birthday by writing on the box. This definitely warmed my heart!
Sunny and crew are awesome! They are so helpful, even with others!
Coffee and a donut is the best. Always stop when the time is right

Dunkin' is known for its quick service and friendly staff, such as Sunny and Courtney. Although there may be some new staff members who are still learning the ropes, they are generally welcoming and helpful. The bagels, on the other hand, have been praised for being well-toasted and having the right amount of cream cheese. It is unclear if Dunkin' offers a salmon-flavored cream cheese spread.
