Drive thru personnel were disorganized and confused. We placed our order at the speaker. When we got to the pay window she couldn't find our order in the computer so she took it again. When we got to the pick up window they gave us someone else's order. We checked it, gave it back to them and then they couldn't find our food or beverages.
