Though their spreads and bagels are really good, service in cashier is very disappointing.I was in line and the cashier served first the person behind me. Another customer even observed what the cashier did and he said are you invisible that she did not see you?The food is not cheap so I guess the crew has to step up on the customer service.
We buy bagels but never eat at this cramped place. Family from NYC brought bagels with them but threw them away after eating bagels from this Bagels &. Bring cash and come early.
