“My daughter & I were heading home from a trip to Ft. Lauderdale & she requested a bagel brunch on the way back. We decided to stop in Boynton Beach. I ordered a cheese omelette with an everything bagel with a shmear and sliced tomatoes. The omelette was light & fluffy, the sliced tomatoes generous, & the bagel & shmear delish. My daughter ordered a onion bagel with bacon, sausage, ham, & american cheese which she gave a thumbs up. The beverages were meh. I tried the real New York Egg Cream & it was disgusting. The vanilla, caramel, & Kahlua with French vanilla cream and the coffee ice cubes was much better. My daughter tried the iced coffee first and then opted for the iced tea liking the latter much better. Overall good. Would stop again if passing through or at another location.“

“Eric Fletcher is an outstanding General Manager who truly sets the standard for excellence. You can tell he leads by example the store runs smoothly, the staff is professional and friendly, and the overall customer experience is top tier.

Every time I visit, everything is fresh, accurate, and fast, even during busy hours. Eric clearly cares about both his team and his customers, and it shows in how well the location operates. Strong leadership like his is rare and makes a huge difference.

This is my second review for Bagels With Deli, and this one is about integrity.

Two visits ago, they completely messed up my order. It happens, especially at a place that’s always absolutely slammed with lines out the door. When I brought it up, they immediately told me they’d replace it anytime. No hassle, no attitude.

Life got busy and I honestly forgot about it. Then today when I walked in, I remembered they owed me one. I mentioned it and sure enough, without a single question or hesitation, they honored their word.

Not only that, I offered to pay for something else (½ lb of chicken salad), and Emma, who helped me said, “It’s on us. Sorry for the inconvenience.” I insisted on paying and she still wouldn’t let me.

I already loved the food, the atmosphere, and the service, especially considering how busy they always are. The team is constantly moving, everyone doing their job with a smile, even when the place is packed.

But this one act? That’s what creates loyalty.

I happily left a generous tip and can confidently say they’ve got a customer for life.

“Wow! I'm impressed. No problem getting seated. Melanie, our server was so awesome! Bagels were fresh and toasted correctly. Sausages were the big kind, which I don't normally like....but these, MAN, great taste, crisp when you take a bite and just the right amount of spice. We saw an omelet being taken past our table and it was HUGE! They say 9-10 eggs per omelet. It had to be 14-16 inches long. It barely fit on the plate. And that's just ONE omelet! We will be back!“

I also got a bacon, egg, and cheese—egg was cooked perfectly with a nice consistency, but the bacon wasn’t crispy like I prefer. Overall, decent experience with room for improvement.“

I went to this place years ago and was disgusted with the cleanliness. But it is totally different now. Try it out, you'll be surprised!!“

“If you want a filling breakfast to start your day look no futher. These portions sizes are awesome and I can eat! Smoothie was so good. Waiter was so nice and was taking care of the whole place yet I never felt like he didn't visit us enough. Great food and awesome outdoor seating. Pretty sure you can just drop inside for just a bagel on the go if you need.“
