Waiter was so nice and was taking care of the whole place yet I never felt like he didn't visit us enough. Great food and awesome outdoor seating. “We LOVE almost everything about LIBC it’s our absolute go-to and the bagels are always amazing. We went on Sunday morning to pick up a 1/2 dozen and some lox. While checking out we then realized that the lox was SEVENTY ONE DOLLARS per POUND ($71.96) I mean that is ABSOLUTELY INSANE .. make sure you hit Costco or BJs for lox before getting the best bagels in town“

This is my second review for Bagels With Deli, and this one is about integrity.

Two visits ago, they completely messed up my order. It happens, especially at a place that’s always absolutely slammed with lines out the door. When I brought it up, they immediately told me they’d replace it anytime. No hassle, no attitude.

Life got busy and I honestly forgot about it. Then today when I walked in, I remembered they owed me one. I mentioned it and sure enough, without a single question or hesitation, they honored their word.

Not only that, I offered to pay for something else (½ lb of chicken salad), and Emma, who helped me said, “It’s on us. Sorry for the inconvenience.” I insisted on paying and she still wouldn’t let me.

I already loved the food, the atmosphere, and the service, especially considering how busy they always are. The team is constantly moving, everyone doing their job with a smile, even when the place is packed.

But this one act? That’s what creates loyalty.

I happily left a generous tip and can confidently say they’ve got a customer for life.

Special shoutout to Emma, thank you for standing behind your word and going above and beyond. That kind of service matters. Here's to many more lunches because of you!“

“My mom and I come almost every day, and the manager is quite literally such an amazing worker and person. She impresses us constantly with her ability to work thoroughly and efficiently, always keeping a motivated and kind attitude. We enjoy everyone at the establishment of course, the manager just really ties in the places homey and organized feel. We never really wait too long, even if it's super busy, they are all really thorough with efficiency! The place is known for their bagels, but I absolutely love the caramel shake!!“

“Had a great experience at Bagel Boss in Boca Raton this morning in what could have been a major disaster.
When I got there (at no fault of theirs I learned) there was no electricity. The manager was incredible. He had a handheld that he was using to take orders with someone writing the orders by hand next to him and handing off to the workers behind them - literally starting on the order as the customer was saying it. By the time the customer took out his credit card or apply pay, the order was pretty much ready. Kudos to the whole team - especially the manager - for making a possibly impossible issue a non-issue. “Everything we ordered was excellent and Parkland Bagels & Deli will be our new favorite go to breakfast and lunch sit down deli.“

“My daughter & I were heading home from a trip to Ft. Lauderdale & she requested a bagel brunch on the way back. We decided to stop in Boynton Beach. I ordered a cheese omelette with an everything bagel with a shmear and sliced tomatoes. The omelette was light & fluffy, the sliced tomatoes generous, & the bagel & shmear delish. My daughter ordered a onion bagel with bacon, sausage, ham, & american cheese which she gave a thumbs up. The beverages were meh. I tried the real New York Egg Cream & it was disgusting. The vanilla, caramel, & Kahlua with French vanilla cream and the coffee ice cubes was much better. My daughter tried the iced coffee first and then opted for the iced tea liking the latter much better. Overall good. Would stop again if passing through or at another location.“

“Today I had a crazy experience at H&H. I ordered my spicy sausage and egg Jalapeño cheddar bagel, and then walked over to pay. While I was waiting for the sandwich to be made, I had a seat and started scrolling through my emails. I noticed that quite a few people had ordered after me and were starting to get their bagel so I walked up to the cashier and asked about the sandwich. She responded with the most incredibly genuine, “I’m so sorry it’s taken this long. Let me check”. She went over talk to the person making the bagels and he looked at me and said “oh my gosh I’m so sorry it’s taking this long. I’ll make that right now”. I replied “no problem, it’s not a big deal” and sat down and begin to wait again. Then the manager came out of the back and said “I am so sorry that it is taking so long to make your bagel. I will buy your bagel today, to which I replied, thank you so much but that’s not necessary. I’ve only been waiting a couple minutes”, but he insisted. So then the person who made my bagel came out from from behind the counter and handed me the bag with my bagel, again, profusely apologized, and included a free chocolate muffin with my bagel. This was completely over the top wonderful customer service in a world where we rarely see minimal levels of customer service. I would highly suggest that everyone go to H&H not only because they have incredible bagels, but because they have one of the most wonderful and kindest staffs I’ve ever had the opportunity to be around. GO H&H!“

Looking for that Authentic Jewish Deli Experience where the Food just blows your mind, and you feel like you’re on an episode of Seinfeld, with Excellent Service… This is your must stop and enjoy!!! Our waitress was Lucie, she was truly Amazing and made this place the 5 Star Experience All day long!!! The prices are fair and the portions are wonderful, and wait until your mouth has its Blissful experience and the tastes of food that have love poured into every meal!!! Each of us had something different, from Mind Blowing Tuna Melt Sandwich, to the White Fish Sandwich, on the Tastiest bagels in Florida, Poached Eggs, to The Works with 3 scoops of your choice, Make your own omelets and delicious home fries, and our little one loved her chocolate chip pancakes!!!
