By far, my absolute favorite place to get bagels/breakfast sandwiches. Always fresh, and the quality of the bagels is unmatched. I should also mention the people. The staff are friendly and on point when it comes to speedy assistance. My only wish is that I could buy a franchise and steal the staff for myself, including the manager Eric.
The food was great but the service was better
Eric Fletcher is an outstanding General Manager who truly sets the standard for excellence. You can tell he leads by example the store runs smoothly, the staff is professional and friendly, and the overall customer experience is top tier.
