I stop here in the mornings for a drink around 6:30am. McDonald's has a clock on its orders to track their turn around time. This is circumvented by the employee not taking orders at the drive thru and telling all cars to proceed to the second window to order. Not sure the owner or store manager even know it can take up to 25 minutes to get a soda at this world famous FAST FOOD restaurant.
They weren't even busy on the inside when I arrived, and 2 cars were in the drive-through. They really just seemed almost bothered that people were interrupting there social time.

Has to be the worst customer service, no one at the front counter. If you order at the kiosk and get a table number you still have to go get your food. They ignore you if you need to ask for ketchup
