I went into McDonald’s to grab a quick Happy Meal for my daughter and used the kiosk to place my order. The kiosk wouldn’t let me make the changes I wanted, but I figured I’d just deal with it.
When I walked up to the counter, a nice young lady named Shalea stepped up and asked if she could help. I explained the issue, and she immediately made sure the modifications were taken care of.

Nice seating area but there is constant kitchen and beeping noises like in a hospital lol
The McDonald's on milltary and bb blvd store was clean and the food came out hot an fresh services was great there have an excellent management team

McDonald's provides a mixed experience for its customers. On the positive side, the staff can be very kind and helpful, even with large orders, and go the extra mile to assist with carrying food out. However, some staff members can be rude to their colleagues, and there may be issues with teamwork and efficiency, leading to long wait times. Despite this, individual staff members like Ronald can still provide good service and fresh food. Overall, McDonald's has its strengths and weaknesses.
