Excellent place to eat. Food was really good.
We have been semi-regular customers for a couple of years and something seems to have gone off the rails. The bagels and omelets are still awesome, but a general level of apathy has crept into the staff and service has taken a severe hit. For example, we hear openly critical comments among the staff about the hostess, the manager, etc when we point out we are waiting in line and there were empty tables the entire time we stood there.
