“So last Saturday I went to Brooklyn bagel got a coffee and a toasted bagel with butter. Sat outside open the bagel and it was dry. As I walk back inside I’m looking by the coffee section for those little packets of butter. None! Asked the girl for a little butter and she says “I have to charge you for it” I was shocked at first and said my bagel was dry and I just needed a little pat of butter. Again she says, I have to charge you. Now I’m pissed, I go get my bagel bring it back and said I want a refund! Which I got. So now you have lost a customer forever and I’ve gone to BBagel since they opened. No business sense!!!“

“The food here is absolutely incredible. Best deli in the area hands down. From the tuna melt on sourdough to the bagels I love it all. I would appreciate if they provided real maple syrup instead of the flavored corn syrup for the pancakes though - that would make it better :)“

“We are on vacation from out of town and we visited this location yesterday. The bagels are awesome. And while we were there, the Manager gave us a free cookie for my daughter and I to enjoy, they even snuck in a few free bagels for us since it was near closing time. I highly recommend these folks.
